We chose this property because of the views and location to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the investment value. Great mountain for biking, hiking. Very well established master planned community and very safe. Cabo San Lucas here at the tip of the Baja is a very safe vacation destination. Close proximity to the US and Canada so that makes travel really easy.
