** We now have memory foam toppers for the 2 pullout couches. This is a turnkey vacation rental. This means that we provide towels, toilet paper, paper towels, linens, pots, pans, pillows, soap, games, puzzles, spices, condiments, etc for your visit. You'll need to provide beach towels, pet towels, food, etc.
Fill the jetted tub up and relax after a wonderful day of summer activities. Each master bedroom has an extra long tub for your enjoyment.
You can also relax in the hammock and enjoy the breeze from this large 3 bedroom 3 bath newly built house. Located on Eloika Lake. Everything you will need is here for a relaxing vacation in the Northeast Washington (5 hrs from Seattle). Bring your extended family, this house has plenty of space and privacy for multiple families to enjoy together. We have included free WiFi, 2 TV's, all with cable included, a Wii system, and a full kitchen. Upstairs has two master bedrooms & bathrooms. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The house also has two sleeper sofas that convert into a bed and there is a large sofa sectional. There are also a couple of blowup beds for the kids. We also have an RV hookup. The house is in a great location, located on Eloika Lake. It is a very quiet, private location. Very peaceful.
Want to sleep under the stars. We have 2 tents available for camping outside. There is also room for your own tent. You'll need to bring sleeping bags but don't be surprised to wake up with deer sleeping nearby on the lawn or turkeys sleeping in the Cedars overhead.
Fun on the lake - We have one canoe and 2 children kayaks. We have a few life jackets but recommend bringing your own if you have them especially for small children.
There is lake access but no beach. Access to the lake is down through the shrubs and cattails. If the water is up you can launch a kayak or canoe at the bottom of the hill from the house. Later in the summer, you may have to launch from out in the cattails. Someday maybe we'll put in a dock but at this time we'd like the rustic atmosphere of roughing it to the lake. Make sure to bring shoes for the mud. Shoes for water use are recommended. Once on the lake you will be AMAZED at the beauty. You can kayak and canoe for miles including up the Little Spokane River. There are birds, beaver, moose, etc. If you get up early you might even hear the Loons talking to each other.
There is a boat launch across the lake and rowboats/canoes can be rented at Jerry's Landing Resort across the lake. Motor boats are allowed in Eloika Lake. There are many lakes nearby that offer great waterskiing.
Eloika Lake Lodge is centrally located between Spokane, Colville, Sandpoint, and Silverwood. 30 minutes north of Spokane with easy highway access off of Highway 2 (Newport Highway). Deer Park is located about 6 miles away with access to the post office, groceries, medical facilities. Riverside, 3 miles away, offers a gas station, coffee shop, and fast food restaurant.

We rent homes a couple times a year and this was one of the best stocked kitchens that I have seen ! It was nice to not be limited on what to cook because the pans were not there. The home had a very relaxing feel to it and we all felt right at home. It was wonderful and we would love to stay there again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This house was perfect in every way. It had absolutely everything we needed. It was beyond clean. We felt like we were the first family to stay there. We were visiting from California for my brother's wedding. We had never used this site before and was hesitant but we were so impressed with this Rental. We didn't want to leave. The canoe they provided was so much fun and there was easy access to the lake. It rained a couple of days we were there. But were able to play with the Wii and watch movies. We made soup in the crock pot and watched the rain through the many windows. You can't see any neighbors and feel completely secluded. We saw wild turkeys, deer, beavers, and watched an eagle in it's nest from one of the balconies. I promise you won't be sorry with this home. It was a dream and our family made memories that will last a life time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The owner makes sure you have everything you need, down to the last detail. The house is certainly one of a kind. It's like one of those houses you see featured in magazines. You have to see it for yourselves; I just don't have enough words to describe how beautiful it is. It's enough just to come see the house. It also has everything you could possibly need. Everything is new (as of the time of this review). The kitchen is well stocked with all sorts of cooking supplies from mixing bowls to a salad spinner and spices and ingredients. We love how the only sound we could hear is that of the birds. The location is secluded so it's almost as if you're camping, except instead of a tent (which you could if you wanted to on the property), you are in a beautiful well equipped house. The house was welcoming. The manager, Frances, left us a hand written note and a gift basket with the kids really like (marshmallow, chocolates, fish crackers etc.) The owner has a canoe and two youth kayaks for us to use. We wish there was a bank or a dock but there weren’t. Still, it was a great adventure to find our way to the lake through the canals and weeds. The only downside is there were a lot of mosquitoes outside. We were surprised by this, so we were not prepared. Luckily, we found some mosquitoes and insect repellant cream and spray to use. Also, there were insect and mosquitoes candles and torches that we used on the porch. So we were able to enjoy being outside and was not bitten too much. Lastly, Austin is very great to work with. He was responsive, answering my inquiries right away.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just want to thank you for creating such a beautiful home. You have no idea how much our family needed this time together. And this house is perfect. You can feel the second you walk in the door that this has been a labor of love. Thank you thank you. We really hope this becomes an annual family tradition.Did you find this review helpful? Owner info
Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: I designed and had this house built in 2008/2009. It was designed to be an asset to the landscape. I decided to try renting it this year as many friends and family had inquired about renting it. We always had tons of people visiting. Many guests came to go to Silverwood, Sandpoint, and the Hiawatha Trail.
Why the Owner Chose Spokane:
The area is wonderful, peaceful, and beautiful. You will know why they call the area Deer Park when you see deer wander through the yard. Many other wildlife creatures abound also including coyotes, moose, deer, squirrels, chipmunks, turkeys, bald eagles, hawks, etc. The waterfront area abounds with many birds and ducks. You will notice the property contains over 40 nest boxes for birds, ducks, bats, and squirrels. Bird feeders also surround the deck area. Keep an eye on the woodpecker tree off the deck area. The big red pileated woodpeckers love this tree.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
