This stunning 2,400 sq ft townhome is spacious, and decorated with the finest from Robb and Stucky. Our beautiful townhome is perfect for the discriminating traveler who is looking for luxury, privacy, beautiful views, and fantastic amenities. Located on the Raptor Golf course at Grayhawk, this elegant and luxurious unit will make you feel relaxed the minute you walk in the front courtyard.
During the day, open the plantation shutters to bring in the inviting Arizona Sun, or open the patio doors to your private covered patio overlooking the 2nd hole of the Raptor Golf Course. Enjoy the multiple patio seating areas with flowering potted plants, and multiple water features, or use the BBQ grill and soak in the rays! Either way, it is a relaxing paradise!
If you don't want to miss your favorite sporting event, feel free to watch whatever you want on the HD 40' flat screen TV in the family room. You have dozens of cable channels to choose from, as well as digital music, and your own DVD system with access to our private CD library. Two of the three bedrooms even has their own TV's with full cable access. Honestly, who wants to watch TV when you are in this setting.
The private Master suite will be inviting you to relax and sleep in total comfort. In fact, if you are not careful, you may end of sleeping your vacation away, instead of enjoying all the amenities of Grayhawk and North Scottsdale. The Master has a large King sized bed, wrapped in Egyptian Cotton Sateen sheets, a cozy comforter, and plush pillows.
The lovely and quiet second bedroom, also has a large Queen bed, plantation shutters, and shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The third bedroom has a single twin bed, and also overlooks the golf course.
The kitchen is supplied with every cooking utensil that you could possibly desire. All top-of-the-line gourmet appliances, along with coffee pot, double oven, and microwave. Open the patio doors, just off the kitchen, and enjoy the Sunny private courtyard while cooking Crepes on the stove. Or, just sit and relax while listening to the birds chirp and sing to you all morning long.
On any given afternoon or evening, take a stroll along the 2.5 mile walkway through Grayhawk. You will encounter two heated swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, Tennis courts, multiple Golf courses, and several small grassy parks. If you really want to enjoy the North Scottsdale area, walk to the Grayhawk Country Club and enjoy the stunning views, spectacular cooking, and fun cocktail lounge. You can also take a quick stroll to Starbucks, or one of the multiple family owned restaurants, just around the corner. If you want to see what Arizona is all about, you can take a quick drive, 3 miles, to Pinnacle Peak. There, you can walk a 3 mile trail through the Pinnacle Peak Preserve and see beautiful Arizona foliage, towering Saguaro, wildlife such as deer, bob cat, lizards, and even the occasional snake.

We loved our stay! This condo was beautifully decorated and CLEAN!! It's in a great location: Close to shopping and yet on a quiet golf course. We will definitely schedule our next Arizona vacation around this condo's availability. This rental property met all of our needs, and then some. This was by far the cleanest and best maintained rental property we have ever stayed in. It has a great layout with bedrooms upstairs and an open living area downstairs. Our family of five had more than enough room to spread out. Having the Grayhawk golf courses right off the back patio, a pool within a two minute walk, laundry room, two- car garage, and grocery and shopping right across the street were definite conveniences. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable getaway to beautiful North Scottsdale.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are originally from the beautiful but wet Northwest. Our home overlooks the Puget Sound with 200 feet of private waterfront and white sandy beach. When it isn't raining, there is no place like it on earth. We really wanted our vacation home to be an extension of the Northwest, so we planted lots of bushes, trees, flowering plants, and even added two waterfalls.
Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk:
We love Grayhawk due to the location and everything that happens in Scottsdale. You have 11 golf courses within 5 miles, there are multiple hiking and biking trails, great community restaurants, and the people are always friendly. Located just 2 miles N of the 101 freeway, only 16 miles to the airport, 11 miles to multiple sporting facilities, and only 2.5 hours to Flagstaff.
