The property was everything as advertised; beautiful inside and out, and in a great location.The only improvement I could think of would be a new BBQ, as the present one is " long in the tooth ". We would definitely stay there again when back in Pinehurst.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I recently rented this property with a group of 12 that was in Pinehurst to play a Ryder Cup style event. We normally play in Hilton Head but took the Cup on the road this year and it was a great success, mostly because the house was excellent. The great room was perfect for a large group to hangout and play ping pong, pool or watch football. The pictures don't do it justice, the room is bigger and better than advertised. The property was very clean and spacious and the outdoor areas were also very nice. The only drawback is the cell phone service was poor but the owner had already mentioned that so it wasn't a surprise. Sometimes its nice to have a weekend without calls and texts the whole time. The owner was very responsive to all of my emails and if we go back to Pinehurst in the future, this house will be at the top of our list.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The house is fabulous! So beautiful and yet so comfortable. It was large enough to accomodate our entire tennis team for sleeping, eating and lounging. It was too hot for us to enjoy the outside of the house but from the inside looking out we could appreciate how much fun we could have been having. The game room was spectacular. There is not enough good to say about how well it fit our needs. It far exceeded the other houses we have stayed in for past tournaments. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: We bought this house in 1998 when it was two years old. It was a small 3-bedroom home. After a few years we decided to increase the house's size and were able to buy the lot next door. We added three bedrooms and two baths plus the great room, and remodeled the kitchen and added a mudroom. The renovation was completed in 2007.
