Every bedroom in Midnight Train has a private TV with cable and DVD player, plus 3 additional flat screen TV's are located in the living room, media room and gameroom.
The living room is beautiful and stretches the house open with its extra high ceilings, floor to ceiling rock fireplace, and comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa to boot. Lounging and entertaining is so easy with a huge 42 inch flat screen plasma TV, Samsung surround sound stereo with iPod docking station and a gas log fireplace that uses an easy touch pad to automatically start and stop the fireplace and one can even push a button for the fireplace to automatically shut off after a certain period of time. The furnishings and tons of extras makes relaxation in this mountain vacation home unbelievable and unforgettable.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, loads of extra cooking utensils and equipment for big family meals plus lots of extras like champagne and wine glasses, automatic wine bottle openers and loads of complimentary spices and condiments for guest use. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room plus plenty of pantry shelving with additional kitchen items and paper products. The dining room sits openly in front of the glass doors leading to the deck and sports a beautiful large wooden dining table with seating for 8 and 2 more at the kitchen bar.
The main deck is designed as an extension of the inside living space, with a beautiful outdoor wood burning fireplace, 5-person therapeutic hot tub, new patio furniture, gas propane grill, charcoal grill and an unbelievable view of the Blue Ridge Mountain range and surrounding Coosawattee River Resort.

The Media Room sports comfortable soft leather seating with a queen pull out sleeper sofa and plush Berber carpeting. The 5.1 Digital surround sound home theater system is planned in the near future.
Just beyond the Media Room sits a unique gameroom featuring a full size pool professional series OLIO pool table, a 26' flat screen TV, professional series dartboard and a mini fridge for cool beverages plus access to a concrete patio overlooking the mountains and Resort below. A stereo and bar are planned for the near future. Another future addition is a fully operational model train and track that will circle around the gameroom near the ceiling above. This is the heart of the cabin's personality, where the Midnight Train to Georgia roams. The Midnight Train also offers sporting equipment such as 4 fishing rods and tackle, 4 tennis rackets and balls and a basketball for complimentary guest use at the resort rec areas.
Also in the basement are 2 more private bedrooms with TV's and DVD players, Queen size beds and a full bathroom.
Outside, the easy, slightly sloping driveway with parking lot adjacent that fits 3 to 4 vehicles, plus ample parking space in cul-de-sac is available. What a nice cabin! Every little small detail is impressive. We can't wait to return to see the finished model train. My husband is a train enthusiast and models HO scale trains at home. Thanks for providing such a nice, cozy home from home!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I enjoyed staying in this cabin. Just getting away, sitting on the back deck and sitting on the front porch in the rockers was the most peaceful time. It was just what I needed. I will tell everyone at home all about the cabin retreat. Thanks so much!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a wonderful way to spend a vacation! The house is beautiful and has everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Our favorite thing is sitting on one of the porches looking at the view and sipping a beverage or sitting in the hot tub. No matter what we wanted to do, we could do it! We appreciate the fully equipped kitchen. It is just nice to be able to visit with family at a place that is like home, only better!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The cabin was beautiful. Nice and quiet. Everything exceeded our expectations. It never felt crowded even with 5 bedrooms. We definitely enjoyed the firepit, even though the wood was wet. We will definitely have to come back in the winter to see the snow. Response by KZ Cabins: So happy you enjoyed the cabin. Sorry about the wet wood! It's supplied by the owner and sits outside and mother nature decided to rain on us for a while this week. But we would love for you to come back and see the snow in the mountains!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a wonderful stay we had at this peaceful cabin. This beautiful cabin, perfectly located in the calming mountains, provided the ideal getaway for our family! We enjoyed the porches where we sat and watched deer pass. The kids loved the TV room and gameroom downstairs. The stock of games was awesome; we loved playing scrabble after dinner at the large, comfortable kitchen table. Everyone loved the hot tub of course! We appreciated greatly the stock of the cabin. It was so nice to have things h ere and it made our stay so comfortable. This spacious, pretty cabin was wonderful for our family! Thank you for a great vacation.Did you find this review helpful?
