We rented this charming home for a week during Thanksgiving. It was a a fantastic alternative to a hotel for a week long stay. Although we arrived in the PM and the house was still being cleaned it was a great location to everything we wanted. Would absolutely stay there again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: We are accommodating to a last minute discount that we offer when the calendar happens to be open, and can occasionally whip thru the house to turn it to a sparkling haven.. however that day the housekeeper was delayed due to a family emergency, with our apologies for the situation beyond our control. Please come again! The wine will be chilled next time!

Villa Haven is wonderful! The home is very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. It's exactly as depicted in the pictures. The amenities were great. Everything was provided – towels, toiletries.... It was truly home away from home. In addition, you just can't beat the location. The house is between Santa Monica Blvd & Melrose Ave! I would rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place & location while vacationing in LA.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This was a perfect property for our family visit to LA! The house had everything we needed, a full kitchen to cook in and more than enough space for our family of four, much better than squeezing into a small hotel room. The pictures are accurate--the house is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. It is located on a quaint tree lined street. The location is perfect, close to studio tours, Burbank, and Hollywood restaurants, giving us more time for fun and less time in traffic! Treesa is very easy to work with and helpful.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
