Come discover this well equipped vacation home nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This mountain retreat has a rushing waterfall right in the back yard. The central NH location offers easy access to an impressive variety of attractions that appeal to families and couples alike.

This townhouse style condominium is filled with the all the amenities of home including many extras that will keep you entertained. When you first walk in, the full kitchen is on your left and contains a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and stove. For your convenience, opposite of the kitchen is a washer and dryer.

Walk down the hall and you will find the living room that has plush leather sectional with a sleeper and a recliner. The entertainment system is impressive consisting of a 27 inch cable TV, DVD/library, VCR/library, Play station with 9 games, and a surround sound stereo system. Newly added is FREE wireless Internet so you will not miss any important personal or office emails. Just bring your laptop! From the kitchen table you get the warmth of the wood stove and nature view of the rushing waterfall through the sliding glass door.

Walk up the stairs and you will find the bathroom and bedrooms. The master bedroom has an unbelievably comfortable pillow top king size bed, TV, DVD, and stereo system. River views are visible through the large bay windows. The second bedroom has quality queen size bed, TV, VCR, stereo system, and several board games. Linens, pillows, extra blankets, and towels are included so all you have to bring is soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush.

The condominium is an end unit located on a dead end road for added privacy. You will be amazed how clear and bright the stars are at night when you are far away from city light pollution. One unique feature is the rushing mountain river with a waterfall right in the back yard. You can even swim in the river! The side yard has a picnic table with a spacious lawn, which is great for soccer, wiffle ball, and cookouts.

This home is very clean and has every thing that you and your family will want or need. I get many positive comments about how this home has “everything” you could think of. It is always fully stocked with things that you need and don’t have to buy. For example: coffee, paper towels, sandwich baggies, paper plates, a cooler, tinfoil, potato masher, blender, carving knife, martini and margarita glasses, first aid kit, and aspirin to name a few items. I am always adding and improving based on customer feedback. For example the new couch was added because the old sleeper was “not that comfortable” anymore. Ask and you shall receive.

This vacation rental is in an ideal location for a vacation to the White Mountains. It is close to so many attractions, but far enough away to have peace, quiet, and privacy.   • Our family thouroughly enjoyed our week long getaway. It was the perfect size for us. There was a nice area off to the side that the kids could play and build a snowman in all the new snow we received. Plowing and shoveling was one promplty after the snow. Having a washer and dryer was helpful to keep all the ski gear dry and ready for the next day's activities. We will definately be interested in visiting again.

  • This condo was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. We found it to be cozy, all the furniture was so comfortable and it was very clean. I loved that it had all the extras already there so you didn't have to bring so much. That was a bonus as a renter. The area was just breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sound of the water flowing outside our bedroom window. Many good memories were made here with our family. So glad we found you. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for thinking of everything and making it a home away from home.

  • My wife and I who live in a flat farmland, were off to spend our yearly escape to the mountains.This year we were at Joseph's excellent condo.We found a great setting in the woods with an exceptional stream and falls right behind.We used it as our touring centre and were very satisfied.

  • Our family shared four awesome nights at your condo and it was amazing!! All the comforts of home and then some! The beds were extremely comfortable and our girls enjoyed the TV in their room. The rushing river outside our room was amazing background for sleeping. Even though it rained quite a bit, having a "home away from home" made all the difference! Thank you for providing a wonderfully affordable vacation for my family and we will most definitely recommend your property to all of our friends and family!

  • My family stayed for 3 nights at the condo. Overall our stay was great. The best part for me was sleeping with the windows open and listening to the rushing river. It was fantastic. And the boys enjoyed a little fishing in the backyard. The location was central to everywhere we needed to go. The only down side was a few interior improvements required. Ie, there was water coming in thru the slider doors causing the floor to be damp and mildew was around the casing. The tub would fill with water and slow to drain when taking a shower. There were not enough drinking cups / bowls for us.
