There is everything a family would need for a vacation here. Joseph, was very quick and professional, and great to deal with. The Townhouse is very clean, and the furniture very comfortable. I can not say enough about the waterfall, behind the condo. To hear the waterfall while going to sleep, and to hear it in the morning, when you wake up, or to listen to it while reading a book. Peaceful and relaxing. Joseph has new flooring being put down, it looks great, and there is a new vanity in the bathroom as well. The upgrades look fantastic. There are many great restaurants, just a short drive away. Many hiking trails or scenic drives, in the area. This condo is close to everything but far enough away to escape every day life. Thank you Joseph for a wonderful stay.
Owner response:thanks

Hello Joseph just wanted to say Thank you very much for your rental this past weekend. We enjoyed the accommodations very much. We have never stayed at a rental that the owner provided pretty well everything you would need. The king size bed, all I can say is Thank goodness I do not have one, because I think I may find myself in bed a lot. This spot is great for anyone that wants to get away from the rat race of the big cities. Thank you very much Joe for the great accommodations and if we find we are coming back to the area we will be in touch.

Our family thouroughly enjoyed our week long getaway. It was the perfect size for us. There was a nice area off to the side that the kids could play and build a snowman in all the new snow we received. Plowing and shoveling was one promplty after the snow. Having a washer and dryer was helpful to keep all the ski gear dry and ready for the next day's activities. We will definately be interested in visiting again.

This condo was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. We found it to be cozy, all the furniture was so comfortable and it was very clean. I loved that it had all the extras already there so you didn't have to bring so much. That was a bonus as a renter. The area was just breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sound of the water flowing outside our bedroom window. Many good memories were made here with our family. So glad we found you. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for thinking of everything and making it a home away from home.

What a homely wonderful place. We all felt right at home. The attention to detail and facilities were first class. Hearing the stream every night was heaven. Quite simply the most relaxing 8 nights we have spent together-celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary on this trip. Would recommend to anyone!! Peter and Ann and two kids-21 and 13! Thank you so much.....

My family stayed for 3 nights at the condo. Overall our stay was great. The best part for me was sleeping with the windows open and listening to the rushing river. It was fantastic. And the boys enjoyed a little fishing in the backyard. The location was central to everywhere we needed to go. The only down side was a few interior improvements required. Ie, there was water coming in thru the slider doors causing the floor to be damp and mildew was around the casing. The tub would fill with water and slow to drain when taking a shower. There were not enough drinking cups / bowls for us.
Owner response:I will fix the tub and get some more cups and bowls in two weeks when I visit. Thanks for the heads up.

Our family shared four awesome nights at your condo and it was amazing!! All the comforts of home and then some! The beds were extremely comfortable and our girls enjoyed the TV in their room. The rushing river outside our room was amazing background for sleeping. Even though it rained quite a bit, having a "home away from home" made all the difference! Thank you for providing a wonderfully affordable vacation for my family and we will most definitely recommend your property to all of our friends and family!

We just had a great ski weekend at Waterville Valley. Condo was well situated, convenient and very comfortable for four of us. Renting from Joe was a pleasure in every respect. We brought all our food and prepared great meals in a well stocked kitchen. Loved that we had internet access for our laptop! Anonymous, Boston

6 of us rented the condo for 4 days and found it to be a great central location to visit our favorite spots. We went to the Tilton Outlets for a day of shopping, went to Tenny Mtn. for some skiing and then crossed the Kancamagus Highway to North Conway to ski and shop some more. We hope to visit Loon Mtn and Waterville Valley on our next trip!! The condo was clean and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the white mountains and wants a central spot for commuting!

My wife and I rented the condo from 9-20-07 to 10-4-07. We used it primarily as a base while we visited friends and relatives throughout Mass,NH, VT, ME and Quebec. We returned to the condo most nights. We found the condo to be perfect for our proposes and a home away from home for those two weeks. The location was good with easy access to interstate highways via I-93, the facilities were very comfortable and the price fair. We would definitely consider staying there again.

If you are looking for a great location from which to do some “Autumn Leaf Peeping”, we highly recommend this location. It is not far from the Kancamagus Highway, The Flume Gorge, the Cannon Mountain Tramway or the lakes Squam and Winnespesaukee which are all filled with marvelous views. At this location you are away from the “Leaf Peeping” crowds with your own personal view of color and a beautiful rocky stream. Reading on the rocks of the stream was so relaxing. This was our second “Autumn Leaf Peeping” trip to New Hampshire and we preferred this location to North Conway where we stayed on our first trip. We have been told by locals that this area peaks from the last week in September thru the second week in October. We came the first week in October and everywhere we looked was magnificently colored in yellow, gold, orange and red aplenty. Plymouth was our base town and the locals there were full of great information and suggestions for views. You need only ask and you will be filled with great ideas for drives and activities.

We had a very lovely stay! We were on a bachelorette weekend, but looking for somewhere low key, just to relax and spend time with friends. We found it. Off the beaten path, but still close enough to everything, so our days were filled. The river out back is beautiful and the rocks were a great place to sit and soak up some sun. We were pleasantly surprised at how we had pretty much everything we needed there for supplies, such as detergent for the laundry. If you're hungry, try the Mad River Tavern, it's great. We drove to Weirs Beach one day for dinner and for the fireworks (every Friday night), and we went to Clark's Trading Post another day (great for older kids), both about a half hours drive. All in all, this place is a great place to stay at a great value. Very clean, and much attention paid to detail. We've decided to do our best to make this year's trip an annual one!

WOW - What a wonderful, fully appointed and reclusive hideaway, conveniently located to all that the glorious White Mountains have to offer. Generous in providng the conveniences like paper goods and even washing detergent, clean, comfortable quarters. We loved the jig saw puzzles, sounds of the waterfall in the backyard and breathing in the fresh, clean air. The grounds are spacious and level for playing ball or doing cartwheels as our kids enjoyed. When asked, everyone agreed with resounding unity that they would prefer to go back to Joe's and not try a new place for our next visit. And Joe is the most accommodating of hosts. Highly recommend for a quick get away or even longer, we stayed a week. Karen (family of 4, kids 11 and 13)

I stayed in the condo for a week leading up to a friend's wedding in the White Mountains in August 2005. It was a perfect escape for the end of summer. Days were warm, nights cooled down enough to be comfortable for sleeping. Loved waking up to the sound of the river behind the property. Might have to come back up for ski season sometime.

The condo is clean and comfortable. Loved the master bedroom linens and furnishings. The roads were quite icy and my husband got stuck walking a mile up the hill with milk, but heard this type of weather is unusual. Need to bring your own towels, only 4 there and we were 6.

We spent the Columbus Day holiday weekend at this property. We found it off the beaten path which was really nice during this busy time in the White Mountains, and yet close enough to everything we wanted to see. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and the unit was clean and comfortable. The stream and waterfall behind the condo was especially beautiful with the fall colors. I would like to spend some time in the summer at the small beach by the tennis courts.Hopefully we will be able to do this sometime.
