"Emerald Oasis" is a professionally decorated Gulf-front condo at fabulous Celadon Beach. We are on the 20th floor, which affords spectacular views of the beautiful Caribbean-like waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In fact, from this height it is like having an aquarium in your backyard; you can look directly into the crystal clear water and will most likely see dolphins frolicking, schools of little fish, and an occasional graceful sting ray.

Our condo sleeps six comfortably. There's a plush king bed in the master, a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living area, and a built-in hallway bunk for the kids. There are two full baths. Our kitchen has Corian countertops, new appliances, and is stocked with everything you should need. Family/dining room is spacious and has large glass doors that open to balcony where you can enjoy coffee and a view!

We offer high-speed Internet access for those who need to connect to the Internet.

Celadon is an upscale resort on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. It is the farthest high-rise to the west and a perfect location because you can head east a few miles if you want more nightlife or amusement park fun (Shipwreck Island is a great water park for the kids!).

The fabulous new Pier Park development is just down the road across from the beach, with a theater complex, Super Target and other well-known retailers, specialty boutiques, and fun restaurants! All outdoors and a great place to walk,browse, eat, and shop!

Across the street from Celadon you'll find a wonderful local Italian restaurant and bakery and a new beach shop that serves ice cream. A few miles to the west is 30A, where you can visit Seaside, Watercolor, or any of the quaint towns along that scenic route.

Or you could decide to stay at the resort, where there are two pools (one beachside; the other indoor/outdoor and heated), two hot tubs, a tennis court, a game room, grill, and a fitness facility.

  • Our recent stay at the Celadon was just wonderful! This condo is very clean, roomy, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! You could literally sit there all day and let the Gulf mesmerize you. Very relaxing! The west end of the beach is definitely the place to stay if you desire peace and quiet. Things to do and great places to eat are very close by, but this area is far less commercialized than further east. The only noise we heard was when a group of F-22 Raptor aircraft from Tyndall AFB in Panama City flew by the condo! That was exciting to watch! Our stay was in early November, and the weather could not have been better. The only drawback is that the beach chairs/umbrellas are not put out after the end of October. We should have packed beach chairs! But we enjoyed walking on the beach. It was just a little cool for swimming, but we don't swim anyway, so that didn't matter. All things considered, this is simply a great place to stay! Thank you, Tim and Elizabeth!

  • We had a great time during our recent stay at Tim and Elizabeth's Emerald Oasis. The 20th floor view is amazing and the unit, including the balcony, had plenty of space for the four of us that were vacationing. Transactions and communication with the owners was fast and easy. We will definitely consider renting from the owners again in the future. And check out Pier Park, it's a great addition to Panama City Beach. It's only a few minutes drive from the Celadon.

It had everything and more than anyone could ask for. I would not even think about staying somewhere else when I return to PCB. Thanks so much Tim and Elizabeth. Our vacation was great.

  • The Celadon 2007 was the perfect tropical get a way. We fell in love with it from the moment we walked in the door! The beautiful, turquoise ocean view from the condo was breath taking! The parasailing, swimming, pier park, and great dining complimented our family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

  • We just finished our second stay at the Emerald Oasis and were just as satisfied as the first time! The condo is tastefully decorated and has all items needed for that comfy touch. The view is awesome and we saw 15-25 baby mantarays every evening playing in the surf. We will come again as we love this part of the Gulf Coast and it is always pleasant to rent from Tim and Elizabeth.

  • We just returned from staying in this lovely condominium (May 24th - 31st, 2007). What an awesome unit! We normally stay in Destin, but after seeing Tim and Elizabeth's condo on VRBO, we decided to visit Panama City Beach. We loved it! It was SO much better than staying in Destin, which is becoming too crowded and busy! People told us that the end of PCB that this condo is located on is the "quiet end" of PCB - and they were right! We loved the fact that there were more homes than high-rise condos on this end of the beach, and FAR less traffic than the main drag in PCB. It was terrific! The unit is decorated in a pleasing yellow and blue theme, and the view is amazing. We weren't sure about being on the 20th floor, but were amazed that it didn't feel all that high. The elevators are super-quick, so we never had to wait more than 30-45 seconds to get one (there are 3). The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen appliances were top-notch and there were amazingly, not many people staying at Celadon while we were there - meaning that we had plenty of peace and quiet while there! The complimentary beach chairs were wonderful - thick, comfy pads on a wonderfully relaxing wooden chair - perfect to catch up on the latest novel or just people-watch. We had a wonderful time at Emerald Oasis and will recommend it to other family and friends. It was terrific! You'll have a splendid time here!
