We stayed for one week in mid May and greatly enjoyed our time. The location is quiet yet most daily essentials are within a short 5-10 min drive. The building has nice amenities - pools, gym, spa, beach, parking, elevators - and is very well maintained. The apartment is commodious, clean, and cozy. Clearly, the owners take a great care of it. The photos that may seem 'too good to be true' are actually very real. The condo's best feature is by far the balcony. The views are simply breathtaking. And the beach, oh the beach... The inclusion of the beach chairs & umbrella is a boon. Finally, the owner is pleasure to work with. Overall, great vacation and great choice of accommodation. We'll come again!

We absolutely loved this condo!!! We felt at home right when we walked in. The owners have it decorated perfect and comfortable. Being on the higher floor was awesome. We saw dolphins one morning and my husband saw a sea turtle. It was a beautiful view. It was so hard to leave this place. We were there July 9-16. Our youngest daughter, Ivy, was in the World Series fastpitch softball tournament with the DC Rage out of Southaven, MS. We are so glad it was in Panama City and so very glad we stayed at Celedon. We had an excellent time staying in this condo! The owers are super friendly and the condo is very nice. I have 2 little boys and they really enjoyed sleeping in the bunks. We were able to see dolphins play in the gulf almost every morning. We also like being so high (20th floor) that we were away from all the noise of Front Beach Rd. We had a great week and I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Our First Family Vacation

My husband & I have been married for almost six years & we just recently took our 3 year old son on our first family vacation. We could not have found a better place to make those memories!! We had the pleasure of staying at the Spaid's beach home. I highly recommend this place for several reasons. One would be that it has a very warm & welcoming appeal. It's like being at your friends house. Secondly, the view is beyond breathtaking!! It is so beautiful, that we spent very little time watching television or sitting on the comfy couch in the evenings. Instead we sat on the balcony & enjoyed the gorgeous view. We will definitly try & be back next summer!! We loved it & could not have asked for a nicer place. The whole experience, including the communications with Tim & Elizabeth was nothing but a pleasure & wonderful memories made. God Bless!!

Our recent stay at the Celadon was just wonderful! This condo is very clean, roomy, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! You could literally sit there all day and let the Gulf mesmerize you. Very relaxing! The west end of the beach is definitely the place to stay if you desire peace and quiet. Things to do and great places to eat are very close by, but this area is far less commercialized than further east. The only noise we heard was when a group of F-22 Raptor aircraft from Tyndall AFB in Panama City flew by the condo! That was exciting to watch! Our stay was in early November, and the weather could not have been better. The only drawback is that the beach chairs/umbrellas are not put out after the end of October. We should have packed beach chairs! But we enjoyed walking on the beach. It was just a little cool for swimming, but we don't swim anyway, so that didn't matter. All things considered, this is simply a great place to stay! Thank you, Tim and Elizabeth!

Emerald Oasis was wonderful! This was the nicest and most classy place I have ever stayed. The condo was nicely decorated, and the view was indescribable. We just finished our second stay at the Emerald Oasis and were just as satisfied as the first time! The condo is tastefully decorated and has all items needed for that comfy touch. The view is awesome and we saw 15-25 baby mantarays every evening playing in the surf. We will come again as we love this part of the Gulf Coast and it is always pleasant to rent from Tim and Elizabeth.

We just returned from staying in this lovely condominium (May 24th - 31st, 2007). What an awesome unit! We normally stay in Destin, but after seeing Tim and Elizabeth's condo on VRBO, we decided to visit Panama City Beach. We loved it! It was SO much better than staying in Destin, which is becoming too crowded and busy! People told us that the end of PCB that this condo is located on is the "quiet end" of PCB - and they were right! We loved the fact that there were more homes than high-rise condos on this end of the beach, and FAR less traffic than the main drag in PCB. It was terrific! The unit is decorated in a pleasing yellow and blue theme, and the view is amazing. We weren't sure about being on the 20th floor, but were amazed that it didn't feel all that high. The elevators are super-quick, so we never had to wait more than 30-45 seconds to get one (there are 3). The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen appliances were top-notch and there were amazingly, not many people staying at Celadon while we were there - meaning that we had plenty of peace and quiet while there! The complimentary beach chairs were wonderful - thick, comfy pads on a wonderfully relaxing wooden chair - perfect to catch up on the latest novel or just people-watch. We had a wonderful time at Emerald Oasis and will recommend it to other family and friends. It was terrific! You'll have a splendid time here!

My husband and I stayed at the “Emerald Oasis” for two weeks in Feb. Before we left I must admit that I was afraid that the 20th floor would be too high for me. But after arriving and stepping out on the balcony and seeing that beautiful view, I realized it wasn’t that big of a deal. In fact, I was even able to lean over the edge (a little) by the end of our stay. The condo itself was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was actually a lot bigger then we expected which was a bonus! The sunsets from the balcony are breath-taking, but the best part was when we saw dolphins swim by. What a sight! We also saw a sting-ray the same day. The area where the building is located is quieter then down at the east end near Thomas drive. We thought this was great as the beach was quiet and there weren’t kids partying all night. There are two pools, although one isn’t heated in the winter. The hot tub was great, and we even took advantage of the exercise room…once! Elizabeth, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with, and everything she told us about the place was correct. I had heard that people have had bad experiences dealing directly with the owner when renting condos, but Elizabeth was super. Overall….I would absolutely recommend this condo! Thanks Tim and Elizabeth for helping us have a fantastic Florida vacation!

We had a wonderful time at your condo this past week...the view is great...and we saw so many different sea creatures...it was almost addicting, just sitting and watching with the binoculars handy to get an upclose view...we saw dolphins and rays (sting and manta) every day as well as schools of fish...one afternoon we viewed three sharks cruising the shoreline...the highlight had to be the group of manatees that swam by...according to the Panama City news that was a rare event indeed...that end of the beach is nice and quiet...the water was perfect...looking more like a caribbean sea...we found many beautiful shells (another addiction we barely avoided)...the location was so convenient for getting around the area for shopping, dining, and other activities...all in all we had the best week we've ever had in PC...the condo is just as described...clean, nicely decorated...the washer/dryer is a timesaver...the glassed-in shower with a seating area in the main bathroom was large and comfortable...having the beach chairs/umbrella ready to go for you each day was a big plus...the parking setup was another big plus...no need to get out in the weather whether hot or wet...the elevators were no problem, we never waited more than a few seconds for any of the three elevators...the height of the 20th floor balcony takes a little time to get used to...but then the sights are unbelievable...from the sea creatures to the moon to the boats to the parasailers...it's all in front of you...the price is great on this condo...we checked many other deals for Celadon Beach...thanks again for a great stay...The Kings...Sheila John Jill

Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had at the condo. It was truly a sublime experience. Even the threat of Frances didn't deter our experience. We saw a school of dolphins Sunday morning about 200 yards from shore. They were apparently feeding and they jumped around for quite some time. The weather was wonderful and the water was very calm, even when the winds kicked up Sunday. It was a truly memorable experience. Thanks again to you and your family for opening your condo to us. We loved it immensely and are already talking about the next trip back. Patrick Grisham Tennessee

Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us! The room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, even the 4000 thread count sheets were beautiful! We really enjoyed being on the 'slower' end of the beach away from the hustle. There were no loud tenants or teens, just other nice families to share our beach. We started out each morning eating breakfast on the balcony watching the schools of fish swim by. We then soaked up as many rays as possible, easily dashed to PCB or even twice to Destin for dinner, then hurried back to the room to look for sand crabs. Someone even furnished us with nightly firework shows almost every night which turned out to be spectacular from the 20th floor balcony! (who knew?) As you can see we had a wonderful time and it was extremely PAINFUL to leave after 7 short days :( Thanks Again! The Boyd's Anniston, AL
