Just a couple of miles to Table Rock State Park. This three bedroom house, all on one level, has a king bed, a queen bed and two twins. Large great room with fireplace and large eating area. Is part of The Rock at Jocassee. Walk to a waterfall or wander through the woods. See the bear cave and lots of animal tracks. We are also a short ride to Clemson University.

Very dissapointed the fireplace did not work,since that was a must have while looking for a place. The owner- manager did not seen concerned when we called her either. Nails were sticking out of the back deck also. Otherwise the place was nice and clean. I would not recommend to a friend, Amenities should be in working condition unpon arrival.Owner response: Thank you for your response. This was a last minute rental and I was not told the fireplace was a must. The gas log repairman was scheduled but could not get there before their arrival. The nails on the deck have been repaired. This is a beautiful home in the mountains

This is a great location for being in the mountains. It is quite a distance from Greenville, which took about an hour due to the slower speeds on the roads getting to and from there. That being said, the house and the area it is in is very quiet and relaxing. The house is very clean and we would stay there again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
Owner response: A peaceful getaway in the mountains. Lots of things to do, or just relax and enjoy the decks and nature.
