  We had a great time. We will come back again. The condo was very clean. My suggestions are to put at least 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 package of dishwasher soap and laundry soap for each day guests are there. We had to go purchase more. Over all your condo is excellent. Thank you for sharing. Nancy

  We were really happy with our stay here! We were visiting family for Christmas and have 2 small kids, so we were looking for a place with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen to make our vacation more comfortable than a hotel. This condo definitely made it easier! Good location, very clean, enough room, comfortable beds, etc. Plus, Lily and Sergio went out of their way to make us feel at home - even brought in a small tree they decorated so we'd have one on Christmas morning! Way above and beyond what we would have expected. In addition, the condo was equipped with a nice pack-n-play and a highchair, which made traveling light so much easier. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a more comfortable alternative to a hotel!

  I had never stayed on North Padre Island before, always choosing accomodations in Port Aransas but I took a chance on North Padre this time and am so glad I did! Lily's Condo was the PERFECT place for our beach vacation. Not only is the condo beautifully and comfortably decorated, it's close to the beach, shops and places to eat as well. The accomodations were very warm, comforting and lacked for nothing. We were able to prepare full meals, watch DVDs and spend quality time together in a lovely environment, as well as take early morning strolls in the nearby beach. Thank you Sergio and Lily for offering such a wonderful place to stay in North Padre - we will be back!

  Very nice and comfortable place to stay. We have two little ones and the condo accomidated all of our needs. There were beach toys, boogie boards and everything you need there which made packing for the condo much simpler! The whole condo was clean upon arrival and is kept up to date with decor and appliances. The photos accurately reflect what you are getting, if anything they don't show how nice it really is! I would recommend it to anyone! When we go back to North Padre, we will definetly rent this same condo again! The location is perfect with the beach so close and being on the first floor! We only needed to contact the owners the last day when we were leaving and they responded very quickly with answers, very nice and pleasent to deal with!

  Our stay at the condo was great! The owners were extremely flexible and easy to work with. Our first day there, the AC wasn't cooling properly. We called the owners, and in less than an hour, there was a repair man present! AC was back to 70 degrees in a few hours! Overall, the condo was clean and tidy. Bedrooms were decent size and large enough for both couples to move the beds against the wall, and fit a queen size air mattress for our kiddos (who didn't want to sleep on the fold-out couch!) As we went with another family and split the price, it ended up being cheaper than most beachfront hotels and gave us the freedom to save money by grocery shopping and cooking all our meals. We enjoyed our stay, and would consider this lodging again.

  We just stayed 4 nights at Lily's condo and had a great experience. The condo was awesome as the pictures depict. I would recommend to my friends.

  The condo itself was beautiful and immaculate. We were very pleased with the accuracy of its online representation. We were however disappointed to find the only construction going on in the whole complex was not only on our building but literally outside our door so that the onlyview we had was of construction eqmt. Thats ok. We had a wonderful time and wanted for little on this trip.

  We had a great time staying at Lily's Condo! Could not have asked for nicer owners!!! Was a lovely home and had so many extras, electronic entry and even sand buckets for the kids. Great club house and pool. We really enjoyed how close everything was, beach, great resturants, convience stores. Also got to see the baby turtles released! Amazing! Don't miss out on the pond on site for crabbing and shrimp. We will definantly be spending our next vacation here!!
