House is available starting Saturday June 30th till Thursday August 16th, 2012 We’ll rent the house for a minimum of 1 week, preferably for 4-6 weeks Costs are $3500 per week / $6500 for 2 weeks or $12,000 for the month. Utilities will be deducted from the $2500 security deposit. Housecleaner once per week included.
