South Dease Cottage is located on South Dease lake which is 5 miles due west of Hale. This no smoking, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage includes a full kitchen, laundry facilities, dining room, living room with pull out couch. Easily sleeps 6 people.
Watch the sunset from a covered porch before going down to the fire pit to enjoy a bonfire.
A boat launch is 300 yards away. Enjoy fishing, water skiing, kayaking etc on the private all sports lake.
East Tawas is 30 miles to the east. Enjoy the fantastic beaches at Tawas Point State Park.
West Branch is 30 miles to the west. Enjoy outlet mall shopping, golf at the Dream/Nightmare or fine dining at the Willow.
Lumberman’s monument is 15 miles north on M65. Have fun running down the sand dunes into the Ausable river.
