Gorgeous new modern 3,600 ft lake house overlooking Charrette Lake with a 50 ft x 10 ft private beach, campfire area, dock, swings, hammock, patio, deck, paddle boat, kayak and floats just steps from the Innsbrook Golf Course. The heart of the home is a large great room with an entire wall of windows facing a 15 acre lake. The main floor great room has a gorgeous living room with grand stone fire place, dining table that seats 18, a bar area for 6 and fully stocked kitchen. Also included is cable tv, stereo with cd player, wireless internet, movies, books and games. There is a second game room on the lower level with a large sectional, wide screen tv , cd player, game table and games and a pool/air hockey table.
The beautiful golf course, beaches, innsbrook restaurant and club house are just minutes away.
The lake house is 3,200 sq ft., has four bedrooms providing sleeping accommodations for 18 comfortably.

We rented this house for a long getaway weekend from St. Louis. It was WONDERFUL! Just what the Doctor ordered! It's a perfect house for a large family or group - great big tables both inside and outside so everyone can eat (and drink) together. Plenty of room to spread out with a fully finished lower level, featuring a big screen TV, lots of couches, a pool table and dartboard. Ours was an adult trip, but kids would be right at home as well. The house was very clean, well maintained and well appointed. It was stocked with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The dock and lake were the highlight for us... very, very relaxing. We had fun on the paddle boat, and caught lots of small bass in the lake, too. We booked it at the last minute, and Laurie was great to work with. She was very organized and made the process simple. This was a beautiful, clean and spacious home that was perfectly designed for a long weekend getaway for our family. Just our family of four visited (kids ages 6 and 8) and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting. The home is walking distance from the clubhouse restaurant, which was a nice bonus. The home at all the amenities we expected as well as some very thoughtful conveniences. . . like books for young children, board games, and child size life jackets, etc. We had a lovely weekend and the opening and closing instructions for the house were simple to understand and follow. We brought the New Year in right by staying in this wonderful home full of amenities! It is a spacious, well stocked home with a beautiful view. It has a great location in Innsbrook. We had a range of ages in our group. There were 10 adults of various ages, 2 young children and a baby. The space in the home is well planned so that there was room to spread out and enjoy different activities. Both floors offered comfortable seating and bedrooms. We love to cook and the kitchen is well stocked, and the ample seating at the table made New Year's Eve dinner so enjoyable. It was snowing during our stay. and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed a snowy outdoor fire in the fire pit. It was a great winter stay, and the home offers even more to do in warmer weather. We all want to come back and enjoy the lake and this home in the summer. We had a great time bringing in 2013 in this lovely home.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The house was a fantastic house. Everything was just as promised. Plenty of room and lots of things to do even in the winter. We got a Christmas tree and had a great time having s'mores. The first weekend in November, I and fifteen of my closest girlfriends stayed at this beautiful house on the lake. The house had a spectacular view and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. What a wonderful home. Nine friends went to Illiois for our 50th high school reunion. We wanted some additional time together before flying home, and found the Lake House. It was the perfect place for a get together for family or friends. It is as beautiful as the pictures portray! We enjoy cooking and relaxing at home together. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room to prepare meals for a crowd. Laurie was always prompt in answering questions as we were preparing for our trip. The fall color was fantastic. Innsbrook in the fall was a real treat. We ended up with more pictures of fall color than of our group. For my mother-in-law's 60th birthday, we had a total of 16 of us stay at Innsbrook for the weekend. We had family traveling from very far, so we were nervous about the accommodations, as well as Innsbrook (it was our first time). We could not have been any more impressed with the home and everything provided. Not only is the home new and clean, but every detail was thought of such as games/movies for the kids, paddle-boats and canoes to use on the serene lake, as well as comfortable places to relax and catch up with family. You will NOT be disappointed! We had a group of 14 and had plenty of space to move around. This home has everything you need for all age groups. Games galore, boats, swings, pool table...just everything! Have rented homes in the past and have never been as pleased as we were with this one. My daughter actually walked around with her IPad to show her cropping friends and I'm sure they will be renting this home also. My grandchildren were up at the crack of dawn, life vests on and out in the water. As a parent/grand parent you feel totally safe letting them explore on their own as you can keep your eyes on them at all times due to the setup of this home. We LOVED it and will return again. If you want a 5 Star experience....this is the place for you!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Hi! We're the Teagans. We live in St Louis and think of Innsbrook as the perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of daily life and it's demands. My husband grew up with a lake house and so having one was always part of his dream. I didn't grow up with one but now understand why it has always meant so much to him. Time at the lake has given our family cherished memories we will have always. The kids love it because they know when we are there, the focus is on our time together.
Why the Owner Chose Innsbrook:
This is our second rental lake house in Innsbrook and we have taken everything we have learned and loved about staying in Innsbrook and put it in this home. We've owned this dream home since 2012. This house is everything we could have wanted in a lake house. When we saw it we thought it was the perfect lake house rental for extended families and larger groups. With an upper floor great room and lower floor game room, the house has plenty of room for groups of people to bond and separate when needed.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We have been able to put in a huge 50 ft x 10 ft private beach as well as camp fire pit and dock on the property. We have swings, a a hammock, a paddle boat, kayak, and floats all for your enjoyment. In the lower level game room, in addition to board games, we have a pool table, air hockey table and video games. If you want your activities a little more clam, there are two additional tv's on the first floor, a stereo, cps and books.
