Situated near the exclusive Fairwinds community of Nanoose Bay, we're on a quiet and peaceful no thru secluded street, yet very convenient to the many sights of the East Coast of Central Vancouver Island. We are perched on .75 acres of classic west coast land with Douglas Fir, Garry Oak and Arbutus, Enjoy the 250 ft of pristine rocky oceanfront looking onto Georgia Strait. Adjacent to a 1 acre land reserve there is virtually no visibility to our neighbours.
Completely renovated this fully-appointed 2800 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms, loft, media room, 3 full baths and sleeps 6. The 2 main bedrooms and all the living space has spacious near 180 degree sweeping views.
Master Bedroom with king bed, has an ocean side balcony and full ensuite w/ granite counters, in floor heated slate, slate shower and a jetted soaker tub with a forest and ocean view.
Main floor Oceanside 2nd bedroom has a deck opening onto the Hot Tub. 3rd bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds.

TRANSPORTATION
Otter Point is about 2 hours North of Victoria, 20 minutes North of Nanaimo, 15 min South of Parksville and 1:15 hour South of Comox. Regular flights can be arranged easily into Victoria, Nanaimo, and Comox. Please contact us for the easiest routing depending upon your place or origin.
Nanoose Bay can be easily reached from the Mainland via BC Ferries routes:
Horsehoe Bay – Nanaimo Departure Bay - 1:40 sailing time
or via Tsawassen – Nanaimo Dukes Point - 2:00 sailing time

This house had everything we could have asked for and more. Incredible views, privacy, indoor and outdoor ammentities. Everything was provided to make our 8 night stay a vacation we'll remember for years to come. We've been home less than 24 hours and we miss it already. We stayed in Brock's home for a week in October. It was a family reunion of sorts, so wanted a place to connect but still have some privacy. We were able to do just that and so much more. The house was perfect. We have done quite a few house rentals all over the world, but have never seen a house so well equiped. It had everything. The location was spectacular. I don't think the pictures do it justice. The only bad thing about our stay was that it was too short. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you Brock for a wonderful stay. If you want to feel secluded without being secluded this getaway offers the best of both worlds. Private ocean front home tucked away in the trees allows for complete solitude and breathtaking views yet my wife and I could walk to the Fairwinds Golf Course for brunch or wonder through the neighbourhood with the local deer. We loved it. The home lacked for nothing with a fully equiped kitchen, hot tub, media room, internet but we chose to spend most of our time exploring the rocky beach and snuggling in front of the fire with a glass of wine. We can't wait for another chance to visit.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
