This Vacation Home on the 10th floor was the model home in the building so it has so many upgrades and beautifully decorated. Picture youself on the huge 10' x 28' balcony having a cup of coffee in the mornings to a glass of wine watching the absolutely beautiful sunsets and watching the dolphins playing in the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico!!
The living room has the colors of green that goes so well with view outside and a 32' HGTV for your convenience and kitchen is fully equiped with stainless steel appliances and includes an icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and everything you need for a home away from home. The Master Bedroom has a king size pillow top bed and the Master Bath has been upgraded with twin bowl sinks, a added feature along with a Guest Bedroom with a king size pillowtop also with all the upgrades in Guest Bath with two entrances from the bedroom and hallway and tv's in both bedrooms.There is a brand new full size washer & dryer to get your maximum laundry done during your stay. 1146 sq. ft of pure comfort.
This condominum building was finished in 2008 with a total of 161 units and goes up 23 floors. For guests who are scared of heights the 10th floor is the perfect height! It has 330 feet of private beach for you to enjoy. The famous Pier Park is located just over 1 mile west on Front Beach Road to the west.
For the kids and adults alike, right across the street is an awesome Miniature Golf and the longest go kart track in Northwest Florida. If you get a hole in one at the 18th hole you could win $50 so give it your best shot!! Beach Service is available to you if you want to Parasail, banana boat ride or do some jet skiing!! There is a swimming pool overlooking the guilf and an indoor pool that is heated in the winter. A huge hot tub over looks the gulf also. What an experience!!! And ...don't forget the steam room, sauna and fitness for you to take advantage of to get the kinks out of that every day life back home.

This condo was fabulous! Clean, elegantly decorated. The views from the living room, master bedroom and spacious balcony were unbeatable and the beach access was very convenient. Pools small but great for kids. Recommend bring your own beach chairs & umbrella. Kids loved the go-cart track across the street. Parking garage very tight but otherwise functional. Appreciated assigned parking and on-site security. Laundry room very wisely placed by front door where you can drop off sandy towels, etc. The only things missing were a good soaking tub and a desk. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable king-sized beds. Comfortable living room furniture. Never felt cramped even with 4 people. Quiet, heard very little noise from other units.
