Downtown Polson is lively all summer long. From the Flathead Lake Cherry Festival and Car Show to the Fourth of July parade and the Flathead Lake 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, it seems there is something happening every weekend. From the apartment you can walk to Riverside Park to swim in the Flathead River, enjoy the park, or listen to live music. It is also a short walk to Salish Point Park, with a swimming area, boat launch, fishing pier, and live music, not to mention the incredible view of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains. There is ample parking in the back and access from the either the front or rear.
Polson's Main Street has worked hard to maintain its small town charm and artistic flair. The downtown area was recently renovated with new sidewalks and streetscape to provide a pleasant and safe atmosphere for visitors and shoppers. You will love the abundant flowers that brighten the town all summer long. Several restaurants downtown will make your evenings enjoyable. Ricciardi's offers Italian dishes and seafood. You won't want to miss the generous scoops of Wilcoxson's ice cream, made in Red Lodge, Montana, served at The Cove, a pirate-themed restaurant with friendly local owners who will be happy to share their love of the area with you. Authentic Mexican meals are served at Fiesta en Jalisco, which looks out over Flathead Lake. The Sandpiper Gallery offers unique art made by locals. The best shoe store west of the Mississippi is right across the street, along with a great quilting store and several nice gift shops.

Great people to work with, great place!
Great people to work with, great place!
Stayed for 3 nights over the 4th with 2 other couples. This places was huge and very comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is HUGE and easily accommodated all of us and our cooking needs! Doesn't have a dish washer or BBQ grill, both would have been nice but certainly not deal breakers. You can walk to so many places from this apartment - would highly recommend. Bedrooms had plenty of storage and were comfortable. Futon was the least comfortable, but the couch also had a pull out. Bath towels, paper towels and fans were all available to us. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. Additionally, the AC unit was out the entire duration of our stay. We called Tana (and she called us back!!!) on July 4th when we arrived. She was on the phone with the owner and he had called us within about 30 minutes. He had someone out the very next day and trouble shooted with my husband on the phone. The short of it is that it never got fixed - but the owner called us daily to check in to make sure maintenance had arrived. He also refunded half our rent to compensate us for the inconvenience! What could have been a real disaster worked out great - he scheduled all the maintenance himself over the holiday weekend which allowed us to enjoy the gorgeous Flathead lake. Would HIGHLY recommend this apartment and company.

About: We purchased this building in 2004. Following a complete remodel in 2005, we reopened the doors with retail space on the main floor and the apartment space on the second floor.
