How to make a reservation: To make a reservation on line please go to “The owner's website” at the bottom of this page.

Click: “Owners website (Holiday Lets London), then Select “Book an Apartment” Tab.
Go to the “Booking Centre” at the bottom of the page, Choose a date, and find Availability of Accommodation. Select the apartment you wish to book, Select the dates you wish to make a booking, Select “Book now”, Complete the booking details, Read the Terms and conditions and Tenancy agreements. Proceed to Payment.
Pay a Deposit of GBP200 to make a reservation via Secure Google account using your credit or debit cards.
An automated message will be sent to you to confirm the reservation. You need to pay the rent on due date (normally one month before you take up the studio), sign and upload the agreements with proof of your signature. You will then be sent unique pin numbers to enter the studio, directions and all details to confirm the reservation.

                                        My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this flat for 10 nights. Great little neighbourhood to walk around in with groceries and many pubs close at hand. Close to transit, including buses and overground trains for those scared of the underground. Didn't even mind the Halloween party downstairs 'til 3am that much. Would definitely book again.

                                        I booked the house for my cousin and her family. They enjoyed a lot. Very nice location, very close to the tube, Tesco, pubs and museums. Thay spent 5 beutifull days in London. Thanks.

                                        We stayed her for five nights and it was perfect. The flat is nice. It is very close to tube and we had a lovely stay in this area. Some problems and annoying situation during the payment process in homeaway but the Staff solved quickly the problem. We recommend it.

                                        The place was fantastic at a great location. There was a washer dryer in the kitchen which was very convenient because we have two little kids who got very dirty all the time. The unit was ready with everything, heater, crib, a high chair, warm comforters, DVD player, TV, microwave....you name it they had it. The only issue I had was that the floor boards had largish wholes in them and with little kids walking bare feet I thought it was a bit unsafe. There was one big one in the living room right infront of the sofa and another in the bedroom by the bed. I got a few very painful splinters myself but I can easy see something much worse happening easily.

                                        Decent stay for 3 nights at a pretty convenient located apartment not too far from central London. The area has quite a few restaurants and supermarkets, which provided great convenience when we arrived late the first night. The apartment is really near both tube stations mentioned and all basic amenities are provided. The balcony is great but unfortunately we didn't get to use much of it. The apartment looks almost like the photos provided except that it looks slightly older or worn out in real life. We had a good stay but the black towels are of inferior quality, which left us looking like gorillas after showers. The floors are a bit dirty and we weren't provided with any toilet papers. The owner was very pleasant to talk to, when we rang the owner about heaters, he was really nice and polite. Best thing is that the deposit was returned really quickly!

                                        Wir waren im Juni 2011 für 1 Woche in Mals Wohnung Talgarth Road. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager 17 + 14. Ideale Anbindung an 2 U-Bahnstationen. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen einer stark befahrenen Hauptzufahrtsstrasse und der u-Bahnlinie. Im Zeitalter von GoogleEarth weiß man das aber schon vorher. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Preis - Leistungsverhälnis ist für London sehr gut. Aussergewöhnliche Terrasse für schönes Wetter. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge wären : bessere Licht / Lampenverhältnisse und eine bessere Lüftung im Bad. Die Möblierung auf der Terrasse müsste renoviert werden. Mal war jederzeit bei Problemen telefonisch erreichbar und hat bei unserem Gepäckproblem kurzfristig eine Lösung angeboten: Vielen Dank. Bei einem kleinen Fussweg Richtung Hammersmith an der Themse entlang erreicht man einige schöne Pubs direkt am Themsebogen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.                                         During the spring of 2011 I stayed in this flat for a full month and had a nice holiday. There are some strong positives and some lesser negatives here. The owner is quite accommodating. He supplied a coffee maker and an inflatable mattress for me. He purchased a lamp when I asked for better lighting. The location is great because you have easy access to both the District and the Piccadilly lines and with those 2 lines you can get virtually anywhere in London. Take the Piccadilly straight from Heathrow and it is only a 30 minute ride to the flat. Don't bother with the high-speed train; it is more expensive and actually takes much longer since you have to change at St. Pancras. At the Barons Court station there is a wonderful organic butcher and a great French bakery. At the West Kensington station there is a good basic grocer (The Cooperative). There is a very nice pub with home cooked food around the corner, the Curtains Up. Be aware that the neighborhood is not at all flashy but it is safe and I felt very comfortable coming and going by myself, even at night. There is a 6 lane road at the front and a train at the back, so the flat is very noisy. Over time I got used to that and it was not a problem for me. The flat is clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are modern. The deck is south facing and sunny and a wonderful place to relax in the morning or at the end of a busy day. A real bonus. The flat is minimally though adequately furnished but could use some lamps and bedside tables. The TV and cable service is very basic. The living room futon is not very comfortable for sitting and is not adequate for adult sleeping, perhaps better for children. I suggested a few repairs to the owner. The hallway lights need new bulbs. It isn't fun walking into a dark building at night. The bedroom shade needs repair. It does not close completely. A board on the deck needs to be nailed down. The deck furniture is a bit rickety. The flat is appropriately priced. To get a nicer neighborhood with more services and better furnishings in, say South Kensington, you would have to pay a lot more. The flat is a very good value.

                                        Easy access to transportation into midtown. Very nice apartment with a great balcony. The sofa in the livingroom has a very very hard madras. It is not the black sofa on the picture. It is a futon-sofa. There are only 2 dobble-bedblankets. Not nice if you are sharing the bed with a friend. But all and all a very nice apartment.

                                        Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
