  The studio was clean, the kitchen was great, and we made breakfast and dinner in the flat every day. The bathroom was in the hallway and small but it was only for us and we had a key to lock it when we weren't using it. The location was great. It was in zone 2 and the neighborhood was really lovely to walk through on our way to the tube stop. We used the Hammersmith tube stop and it was about 10 min walk away. The Goldhawk stop was closer but we preferred the Piccadilly line as it was a direct line to most of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this studio to others and i would stay here again. Patty

  The studio apt. was adequate and worth the money. The neighborhood is very nice and there are several tube stations in walking distance. However, I was surprised upon my arrival to find that the "private" bathroom was down the hall and not in the studio apt. That should have been made clear in the ad.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: Location of the showers, wc, apartment size and its location etc are shown in the website in a floor plan in each apartment. So its worth to have a look at the website for all information prior to booking. All our apartments have their showers within the apartment except Studio 2. Mal

  The studio was very functional. I stayed there with my two daughters. We had a very good time. I appreciated the possibility to do the laundry in the cellar. I will definitely come back, because the studio is also located very good. Go to the Sheperds Bush Market and use the Bus no 94 in order to do all the sight seeing.

  The Studio was very dirty. The bed linen and towels were dirty. The Bathroom was a catastrophe, soo dirty. The cookware were useless. I would never book such a studio.

  Very small room for 3 people and really small toilet (even to small for general washing). Room wasn't cleaned well ( found some hairs on the floor and at the bedsheets).There was water running down in front of our windows and splashed at the roof for about two days ( day and night! It was impossible to have a great night sleep!) Maybe someone forgot to turn off the water in one of the rooms above us. :( First and last apartment we ever booked. NEVER ever again!!

  Owner response: All room sizes and floor plans are shown in the website and it is important guests to have a look at this prior to booking. We have larger apartments at higher prices for your own comfort. We have cleaners who clean rooms at every change over. If this has not been done you need to contact us via e-mail or telephone so we can then send the cleaners again to clean the apartment again. We also have maintenance engineers who will attend to any complaints within 24 hrs. We will only know of the defects if our guests notify us. As you can see from other reviews, we have very satisfied clients due to the cleanliness and high standards of our apartments and I am sorry for this guests did not read our website or follow our instructions.   Our flat was very small, but well equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, hair-dryer, towels, kitchen roll, soap,.... It was poorly renovated, but clean. The location is excellent: Hammersmith underground and bus station is just a 15 minutes-walk away. Inside the station there´s Tesco, where you can buy cheap food.

  Wij zijn vanaf 26 december tot 30 december met 3 personen in het appartement geweest. Bij aankomst was het goed schoongemaakt. Wat ons direct opviel was de kleine televisie die tegen het plafond hing en waar je dus niet naar kon kijken, ook al omdat er bijna geen zender op te ontvangen was. Verder heeft het tweepersoons bed erg slappe veren en de slaapbank is erg hard. Wat ons betreft echt zaken die verbeterd kunnen worden. Het is 's nachts lekker rustig. Vanuit het appartement ben je snel bij de metrostations en kunt zo overal op een vlotte manier komen. Er is een markt vlakbij en onze dochter vond het geweldig dat je makkelijk naar White City kon lopen. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement en werkte. Een paar kleine aanpassingen in de afwerking zouden het verblijf voor de bezoekers kunnen veraangenamen.

  We really enjoyed our time there. The apartment is excellent for people who just need a nice place to sleep and have a shower and then enjoy there stay in London (only thing is that WC are on the hallway, but not a major problem). Easy access to all facilities, quiet and secure. We will definatly come back to this place!

  We`ve got a really good time there. The studio was clean and spacious, with a short distance to Goldhawk road and Hammersmith station. The next time I will book there again!

  The studio is clean, located in quite residential area but very near to Goldhawk station. The respnse of staff was very quick when I report the defect of the standing lamp and the sofa bed. Only one thing disappointed me was that the toilet of the studio was outside which I did not notice before I booked.

You need to pay 25% of the rent as none refundable holding deposit at the time of booking. We will then send a booking confirmation You need to then pay the Balance 75% of the rent, £50 cleaning charge and the refundable £200 security deposit one month before you arrive. Reminders will be sent to you If you are making a booking within one month of arrival, you need to make the full payment in advance. Payments made within one month are none refundable £200 security deposit will be refunded within 3 days of vacating the apartment as per our terms and conditions If you wish to cancel the booking you need to give us 30 days notice
