Our beautiful home is located in Peoria, just East of Loop 303(and Happy Valley Road), the perfect link to getting around town to all your favorite destinations. It’s wonderful location is less than 15 minutes away from the nearest mall, multiple restaurants and movie theaters, as well as the Peoria Sports Complex, which is the spring training home to the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners! There are multiple golf courses around to keep up with even the most experienced golfer. Just a short distance south are both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting). Both are located at Westgate, which also houses exciting nightlife.
This beautifully decorated home has 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed except for the master bedroom which includes a 4 Poster King bed complete with a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom. A 39'HDTV is in the master bedroom for your convenience.
The linens are of fine quality and all the beds have exceptionally comfortable mattresses.
The home is complete with a large loft, 55'HDTV flat panel television, upgraded Pioneer surround system , Blu Ray player, XBOX, and professional grade air hockey table all for your enjoyment.
On the main level you will find a 44'HDTV in the family room with comfortable seating and easy access to the kitchen and backyard.
All HDTV's are connected via HD quality signal for optimum viewing pleasure. High speed wireless internet access has been added to the house and local phone service is included for your communication needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large stove and refrigerator and all the necessary appliances and dishware for complete meals. The dining table seats up to six. There is a two car garage, laundry area on the same level as the bedrooms, and beautiful porch and patio area.
In the backyard you will find a fenced pool area with chase lounges, a lush green lawn professionally manicured, patio furniture and a bar-b-que grill. An outdoor table that seats four is also provided to accommodate your relaxing outdoor dining experience.

My "new" husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home! It was conveniently located near our wedding venue and allowed us to lodge and host our wedding party. Everyone enjoyed the space, features of the home, and the décor! It was very close to a variety of stores and restaurants to shop or grab a bite to eat. Thank you so much for such a great lodging experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This home was very comfortable, we would stay here again. It was clean and spacious, we did not use the pool becuase it was winter. The only thing that could have made our stay better was that there was a dog in the neigborhood that barked often in the evening, one night until 10pm.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

This beautiful, immaculate home was exactly as described in the listing. Photos accurately depicted the home. We had a lot of fun with the air hockey table. Loved walking in the neighborhood and following the walking path to the nearby park. The only issue(wifi not working) was quickly resolved. We recently rented this house for a vacation. Everything was nice and clean, the outdoor space was enjoyable and the house was well equipped. Bedrooms were nice with comfortable furnishings. Living and family rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary components. The house was very nicely decorated. The only complaint was the pool water was freezing cold. During our stay it was in the high 90's to 100's and even with that temperature the water was only barable after several minutes getting used to it. It was unuasable after the sun set or in the mornings before the heat from the sun was stronger. So unless you don't plan on venturing out during the day, the pool is not very usable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

About the owner: Hi There! I have lived in Arizona for over 20 Years. I love all that is Arizona, from the spectacular sunsets and the desert in bloom, to a wild Monsoon storm on a hot summers night. It has been a wonderful place to grow up! My family has lived in Colorado and Cyprus and always look forward to getting back to Arizona to relax, enjoy time with family and have fun.
