  just returned from 4night stay in unit #1. Carmen was very responsive to emails & inquiries. Location was definite plus. Was very helpful to have access beach chairs, umbrella, cooler! Visited the grocery store on a daily basis to replenish snacks & necessities- appreciated the proximity. We were lucky to be able to park in the parking spot daily. Apt had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and central air. One of the rooms was always warmer then rest of apt, but manageable. Only downside was hearing people upstairs walking around - especially at 2am. Building was maintained & secured, felt safe. Great location & price, well maintained, photos were accurate

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  I absolutely loved my weekend in this unit. Apartment was beautiful... exactly how you see it in these pictures. Fully equipped including coolers and beach chairs which meant I didn't need to bring anything from home to enjoy my weekend on South Beach. Buildings is so well maintained and secure. Slept like a baby on those pillow top beds.. so comfortable. I had a wonderful time. Thanks Carmen!!! <3

  We had a wonderful stay at the condo over the weekend! The condo was just as pictured - cute decor & very clean. Plenty of places for our group of 6 to stay and we were delighted to find there were 2 bathrooms which was very helpful for 6 girls getting ready! The walk to the beach and all the action on Ocean Drive is an easy straight walk and even easier is visiting the Publix only a block away for groceries & wine. Access was to the condo was simple & secure with a numeric gate code & we felt very safe. Carmen was extremely helpful and prompt in all of my inquiries on the property. All in all, we could not have asked more for a great stay over our weekend in South Beach and would definitely stay there again!!

  Just returned from a 4 night stay un unit #4 for the Miami Guesthouse. The property offered everything we needed. The location was about a 15 min walk to the main drag of SOBE (Lincoln Rd). The house was clean, looked just like the pictures and was accurately described in the description. There were 6 adults that stayed in the property and were very comfortable. No bugs or anything. Showers were a little temperamental and could hear the neighbors occasionally, but was not an issue. Would stay here again, the price is a steal!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  This apartment was very nice with a garden to sit in and just a few blocks to the beach and shopping area. We also found a very nice food store just two blocks away from the apartment. I can really recommend this place. Anna-Lena with family from Sweden.

  Location, parking in the street and public parking 1 block away. Publix and best Buy 1 block away. Confortable, quiet, clean, spacious!! highly recomended. Pablo B

  Ms. Carmen is an understanding, patient, and accommodating host and this property shows the care she takes to ensure a good stay for her hosts. Clean, "chic" as they said, and, most importantly, homey. The property was MORE than enough to accommodate the 5 of us who stayed the nights there, as well as friends and acquaintances who came by to celebrate with us. Next time, we will deFinitely take more advantage of the kitchen as it suited us well for our last dinner of our stay. As comfortable and amazing as the pictures make the property seem, there were no surprises or anything different from what was shown - everything [outside of the wood flooring - tiled flooring instead, nothing major] is exactly as shown and described in the sales pitch. Simple rules, simple stay, simply b-e-a-utiful stay in South Beach - one that's sure to repeat, and Ms. Carmen will be first to know.

  I recently stayed at this apartment with 7 other girls for my 40th bday party getaway. The apartment looks just like its pictures in person. The place was super clean and neat...and spacious...especially for Miami South Beach accommodations. The owner provided linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. It was approximately a 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive. All in all...it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  The room has everything you see in the pictures. It's in a great location, and there's nothing bad that can be said about the place at all. I enjoyed my stay and will definately stay here again when I come back to South Beach.

  The location is in the heart of south beach in a residential and 5 blocks from the beach. Great to retreat away from the tourist in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described. For 8 girls we had plenty of room!! Everything is in walking distance (bars, restaurants, club, shopping)and the cab fare is inexpensive!! Only downside is there is no parking but the parking garage is close and convenient.Excellent commuication between the owner and enjoyed our stay!!
