  Hi Tabetha, First off, I just wanted to echo that your place is fabulous. Given our crew, the layout is perfect -- master suite for my parents, bottom bedrooms for us and the kids. The home is beautiful, and we are greatly enjoying our stay! Thank you again!

  Tabetha- Just wanted to say we had a great time at the condo. Beautiful unit and a great location. Loved the access to the private beach - which is why we almost bought a Promontory unit 2 years ago.

  My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The house was well decorated and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The widow's walk was ideal for late night star gazing and good conversations. The Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger, but serviceable. It was within walking distance to the private beach, a short drive to the warm water of the South Cape Beach and the Mashpee Commons, and most importantly a close walk to the enormous Lobster Roll at the Raw Bar. It was a perfect location for us! Hope to be back next year!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  My family and I recently stayed a week at this house. It was simply wonderful! First of all, the owners are fantastic. So nice and helpful. The house is beautiful. Very clean and large giving you a ton of space for everyone to gather and separate if you'd like! Every morning we woke up to looking at the ocean. So incredible. These are real views too. Not the "views" some folks try to sell you. There is so much to do in and outside of New Seabury. Our kids had a lot of fun walking to the beach and playing mini golf at the Popponesset Marketplace. We spent many nights on the deck playing cards and looking at the water. Breath taking! I envy those staying for the 4th bc the fireworks are right there! We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

  What a beautiful home!! My family and I with our 2 children visited this house in April for a special getaway. We had a wonderful time!! The house is simply gorgeous. New and all upgraded. It has a plasma tv mounted above the fireplace with surround sound speakers in the living room, spectacular kitchen, and amazing ocean views from all over the house. We walked to the beach everyday and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The kids had a great time. New Seabury has so much to offer as everything is close by. On a clear day we could even see Martha's Vinyard from the house! If you're looking for a clean, really nice home walking distance to the beach, this is it! It honestly seemed too good to be true. We will definitely be back!!

  The condo itself was beautiful, but the water appeared closer in the picture. We were disappointed with the beach areas, but loved the accommodations.
