The house is booked up for the summer, but rentals are available in September. The first rental available is the week starting Saturday, September 8. This is a 'bonus, week' however, so the rental starts on Friday, September 7 for no extra charge.

This is the fourth house from the beach in Beach Haven Crest on Long Beach Island. It is on the ocean block, so it is very close to the beach. Maximum occupancy is six. Minimum rental period is one week, with no exceptions.

Recently Renovated Cap Cod Style House: My house is a recently renovated “Cape Cod” style house that is only the 4th from the beach.

It features a kitchen with granite counter-tops and a dishwasher, two bedrooms, wood floors, a washer and dryer (shared with the second floor apartment renters) and parking for two cars. Internet access and cable TV is also included. One bedroom has a full size bed, the other bedroom has two singles and the living room futon folds out into a full size bed, so the unit can accommodate six. The second floor is occupied by year round renters who have been very quiet and respectful of first floor occupants.

Both bedrooms and the kitchen have air conditioning, although with the ocean breeze it is infrequently needed. (the house does not have central a/c) The first floor unit also has front- and back-yard patios and the backyard has a picnic table. A gas grill is also provided. A shower shed with a washer and dryer is also provided (It is shared with the second floor renter) Parking is also provided.

Convenient to Various Businesses: The house is located close to Pinky's Seafood, Kubel's Too and Joey's Pizza (which is well known for waterfront dinning after heavy rainstorms.) Additionally, the Acme Supermarket is about 15 blocks away. Additional pictures are available upon request. A deli and ice cream parlor are also close by.

The minimal rental period is for one week. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend only rentals are not available. Discounts are available for renters who take two or more weeks. Also, I am not interested in bartering or swapping rental of my unit in exchange for other vacation properties.

Rates and Terms: Renters are required to leave the unit clean so that it will be ready for the next group of renters.

The house is on a family oriented street. Renters must be respectful of my neighbors. This is not an animal house.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.
