The owners were great to deal with, and although we had no problems I'm sure they would have addressed them immediately if we had. The location is great... close to a public beach, boating, Marblehead Lighthouse, great restaurants and the ferry to go to Put-In-Bay and Kelly's Island. There were also tennis courts and basketball courts nearby which was important to our family. Friendly area where it is safe to take walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The condo itself is new and was beautiful and clean with all new modern appliances, and the view from the screened in porch of the channel and canals was gorgeous. They even provided puzzles and games for rainy day activities, along with a large flat screen T.V. with cable. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again! We will recommend this property to any friends and family who will be visiting this area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our time at the marina. The condo was neat, clean, and up to date. It was very enjoyable watching the boats go in and out. It was also a very quiet neighbor. The condo could be improved by providing a toaster and possibly putting mirrors in the bedrooms. Five of our 7 people were girls, so more mirrors for doing hair and things would of been nice. It would be great if the balcony could be enclosed with sliding doors or windows, so no matter what the weather, it is usable. It was raining when we were there and the balcony carpet was wet and unusable for 2 days.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Bill and Bree are excellant to work with. Very quick to answer any questions. Bill even came over to drop our boat in for us. Everything is new and very clean. Loved the screened in porch!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a husband and wife team, ages 40 & 38, who have lived in the area for 21 years and 38 years respectively. We have been in the marina business for 20+ years and the construction/development business for the past 10 years. We have built and sold (2) high-end condominium developments and are now completing these beautiful waterfront rental units.
Why the Owner Chose Marblehead:
We just purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.
