  This Jetty East condo was the perfect place for our girl's getaway. Yes, the complex is older, but it is extremely well maintained. This condo was beautifully furnished and quite comfortable. Proximity to the pool and beach is unbeatable. Beach restoration had just been completed, and the sand was beautiful. And, as always, Destin water is the BEST. The owner was great to work with! We definately recommend this property!

  THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION WAS ACCURATE. THE PHOTOS WERE THE SAME AS THE PROPERTY. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND ORDERLY. WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE RIGHT IN AND FIND EVERYTHING. THE OWNER ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS BEFORE WE ARRIVED. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS CONDO TO OTHERS. WE ATE OUT "A LOT" AT NUMEROUS PLACES SUCH AS : CALLAHAN'S, THE LIGHTHOUSE, THE BACK PORCH, ANOTHER BROKEN EGG. AND MCALLISTER'S. ALL WERE EXCELLENT. WE STAYED FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY AND THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE DESTIN AREA AND THIS CONDO .JETTY EAST IS A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION WITH FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES.

  We rented this condo this past weekend for 3 nights. It was WONDERFUL! We live just north of West Palm Beach, FL and traveled to Destin for a family wedding. The beach in Destin is incredible! The condo is perfectly located just a few steps from the jetty (which our two boys ages 7 & 8 absolutely loved!!!!). The property is very very very well maintained. The condo is comfortable with everything you need including, condiments, blankets, towels, magazines, movies, beach chairs, and much more. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Jetty East is definitely the place to be with all it has to offer: over-sized hot tub, beautiful pool, steps from the ocean and jetty, BBQ pavilion, tennis, snorkeling galore. We'll be back for sure! The kids loved it! (more than going down to the Keys!)

  My mom, sister & the boys (ages 18, 14 & 2) stayed a week and loved every minute! The fine details such as a cheerful colorful welcome mat upon arrival, welcome gifts for us ladies & the boys were just some of the details that made our trip so very nice. We found everything we needed in the condo from kitchen supplies to movies & books. The location was perfect and the grounds were so peaceful! We look forward to our next trip here!

  My family and I recently stayed at this condo. We absolutely loved it and it suited our needs perfectly. We have 3 small children, so the room with the twin beds was great and the additional bathroom. We had plenty of space. The kitchen is so well equipped. We ate a few meals in and it felt just like cooking at home. The place was decorated so nicely. Everything was so nice and fresh. The linens were very nice - great quality sheets and towels, comfy beds and pillows. The owner left such nice personal touches too. A guest book for everyone to sign when they stay, little chocolates in bags by beds, aloe, a big "things to do" folder, etc! The view was great too! Can see the ocean right from balcony and the pool! The master bedroom has it's own balcony entrance and it was so peaceful to hear the waves at night with the screen door. The location was great too. 5 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. And the place is right on the beach, so you just step right outside to get there. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Destin! We would love to stay there again.

  The condo was great. The unit location is the best. Great views & easy to run back & forth from beach/pool to condo. Jetty East is so laid back & just a relaxing place to hang out with your family. We had 2 teenagers with us & they loved it. Rented the chairs & umbrellas for the week on the beach. Lisa checked in with us a few times to make sure all was well. Will definitely come back to this condo. No issues @ all.

  Lisa: Thanks so much for the condo. I was very glad we were able to get the 3 nights with a fabulous balcony, and terrific views. The bar b que pavillion was awesome as always in any kind of weather !! Even if its raining outside, you can be right next to the beach cooking, reading, and relaxiing. After being at the other townhome we were at with no view, it was truly awesome to move to yours even if only for the 3 nights you had vacant. Your place rocks. Thanks again. The Benoit's

  We have been spending our summer vacation in Florida for the past 10 years and I would have to say this year at Jetty East was the most awesome! We absolutely loved the condo. It was so beautiful and the King bed was so comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. We usually go out for dinner every night but with the pavillion being right on the beach and the awesome grills they have, we found ourselves just wanting to have dinner there! It was so convenient to the Harbor Walk Village that I went every morning just to have Starbucks and walk around until it was time to hit the beach. Lisa (the owner) was the sweetest to rent from, she answered any questions I had and the reservation process with her was so easy. The entire resort property was very well maintained and clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome and even had an air hose to blow up your floats...I was already calling her before we left to see if I could book it for October (unfortunately it was already booked for my dates) I can't wait to go back and hopefully after our October trip I will be able to get this one again. I can not say enough good about this condo, it really is an awesome place for a family vacation. We will definately be back again and again!

  I have visited Destin at least once a year for the past 13 years and this was my favorite trip. We were so lucky to have found Holiday Isle! The condo owner was very helpful in providing us information on the condo and location and was available by email or phone if we had any questions. We also felt that the front office staff was friendly and efficient upon check-in. The property is located directly on the beach with a balcony that had a view of the swimming pool and a partial ocean view. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The condo building seemed to be at high occupancy but once we were in the condo we did not hear any outside noise or other guests. The beach itself was gorgeous-we rented chairs and an umbrella each day. There were tons of seashells in the water early in the mornings. At sunset we would walk the short distance to the jetty and watch the boats come in. We had wonderful dinners at Marina Cafe (request a table against the window) and Cafe Italia in Fort Walton. For lunch we went to AJs and sat overlooking the marina. We bought fresh seafood at Sexton's Market and cooked in one night. We loved being in the heart of Destin and close to restaurants but still a little off the beaten path. I would recommend this condo for a weekend away with the girls, a couple's quiet getaway, or to a family with young children or teenagers. I cannot think of anything we disliked about our stay. We look forward to returning soon!

  Our condo at Jetty East was in a perfect spot. The complex is secluded enough with being close to shopping. The pool, bbq pavillion and beach are all just steps away. The condo easily sleeps 4 adults and 4 children. We stayed during their record rainfall and had only 1 good weather day. Lisa, the condo owner, tried to do something I've never seen, and tried to give us an extra free night because of that. We couldn't stay but it was greatly appreciated. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later.
