Enjoy a first floor, two bedroom, two full baths, completely redecorated Condo with all new furnishings and appliances, and situated in the prestigious Midnight Cove II resort. We are located on beautiful Siesta Key, with deeded and direct access to the world famous Crescent Beach, with sand that looks and feels like soft luxurious baby powder. Walk out through our private screened lanai onto beautifully landscaped grounds that include a saltwater lagoon with boat docks (and direct access to the intercoastal and Gulf), a heated swimming pool, and tennis courts in a serene park-like setting.
Siesta Key and the greater Sarasota area provide the best of entertainment offerings: take a few steps to Crescent Beach for the best of sand and fun, or walk to either of two marinas with boat rentals for boating, sightseeing, and fishing in the beautiful Sarasota Bay area. Siesta Key village is just a jog down the key, where there are shops, outdoor restaurants, and all amenities and supplies (grocery, hardware store, post office, and personal services). In Sarasota you will find a highly recognized arts "community" which also includes a playhouse, and the world famous and breathtaking Ringling museums of art and sculpture. The Selby Gardens offers a serene walk through a beautiful setting of mature trees and the best of Florida’s gardens and flowers. St. Armands circle is a world-class collection of shops and restaurants that is second to none. Or go visit the Mote Marine Aquarium, with its up close and personal experience with the local marine life. Finally, don’t forget about the golf! This is an ideal location for golfers, with a host courses available and ready for your challenge.
Our unit is fully equipped with everything you need. The living room has a complete entertainment center with a 32 inch TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo with cassette and CD. Each bedroom also has a TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the guest room has two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser and large closet. We have a dining area with table and chairs, and also a counter area with stools for casual snacking. The living room has a full wall of glass doors looking out through the furnished screened lanai, and onto the lovely grounds with a direct view of the lagoon and boat docks. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including microwave and dishwasher, with a full complement of china and cooking utensils. (But why cook? There are twenty restaurants of all varieties within a mile of the Condo!) All linens are supplied, and housekeeping is provided at the end of your stay. Rent directly from the owner and save significantly over standard property rates!
