SEASIDE COTTAGE is a cute, comfortable, pet-friendly, beach front cottage with a screened porch and awesome views of the beach and gulf just feet from your door. This home is newly refurbished and redecorated. The home is situated on a 100 feet of low density, pet-friendly beach. This is "Old Florida", where there is 200 feet of non developed beachfront on one side, where you can walk for miles in either direction.
You will appreciate the new hardwood floors throughout plus a recently tiled kitchen and bathroom. Many upgrades are in progress and will be reflected in the pictures shortly. All new LCD TVs (most with a built-in DVD player) are being added to all bedrooms and the great room. New furnishings are being added. Other amenities include cable, unlimited wireless internet access, unlimited free long distance to U.S. and Canada, freezer, 2 washer/dryers, gas grill.
Step inside and you’ll know you’ve arrived at the beach. The large windows in the great room make you feel like you are right on the beach. No steps to climb inside - all main living area is on 1 floor.
The great room has a walkout to the deck with convenient stairs right down to the beach. If you ever get tired of the view, there is a brand new 42 inch LCD TV and a DVD player. The sofa is a queen sized sleeper and a small game table provides intimate beachfront dining or a nice games or computer area.
All rooms are located on one floor. There are two gulf front bedrooms with a walkout to the deck or porch.
The master bedroom has a brand new king sized bed, an ensuite bath with large tiled shower, a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player, and a walkout to the screened porch. The cozy porch is the perfect place for your morning coffee. If you feel like working out, you can use the elliptical machine in the master bedroom while you enjoy that gorgeous view.
The other gulf front bedroom has a walkout to the deck and has a queen sized bed, a full sized bed, and a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player.
The children or a couple will enjoy the third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin sized bed, and its own TV and DVD player. This bedrooms and the other gulf front share a full bathroom located centrally between the two bedrooms.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a pantry closet. The open floor plan allows a view of the beach and gulf from the kitchen, great room and dining area.The new dining comfortably seats 6 to 8. There is a conveniently located stack washer/dryer unit on the main living area.
On the ground level, you are in for a surprise, with another washer and dryer, and bahtroom with laundry sink and shower. This is a great place to shower, change and drop those towels into the dryer after a day at the beach! There is also a chest freezer for extra food and ice or to store "your catch".
The outdoor shower and hose is located at the end of the boardwalk at the base of the deck stairs. There is an abundance of outdoor furniture on the deck and screened porch. The higher dining set with swivel chairs provides a great view of the beach while dining out.
We even provide sand chairs for you to carry to the beach.
Seaside Cottage is the perfect place for a small group or family to enjoy a beach getaway without breaking the bank!
