The three bedrooms and bunk room of this beautiful home sleep up to 10+ people and is located directly between the gulf and lagoon--What more could you ask!? Sleeping accommodations include: one queen-size bed downstairs facing the beach, one queen-size bed upstairs facing the beach, two twin beds in bunk area upstairs, and master bedroom boasts one king-size bed. Additionally, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
This immaculate two-story home has spacious decks. In fact, each bedroom has a deck. There is a carport underneath the home that provides covered parking with easy access to a storage and an outdoor shower.
Additional features include one central air conditioner, a master bath tub, and professional decorating. The large, open kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and custom cabinets. The home also offers one large-screen TVs, two DVD players, TV in each bedroom with cable television, a washer/dryer, and ceramic-tiled living / dining rooms and baths.

Good place to stay for those going on spring break. There were plenty of beds and room for air mattresses, making it easy to sleep 15 people. The house has a great location, with a short walk to the beech and short drive to the tourist attractions. The best part is how friendly the home owner and property owner are. They are the nicest people you will meet, and are always willing to help you out if you have questions.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The house was overall very nice. It had a good location, close to the beach, ample room. The only complaint we had is that the bed sheets were not clean. There was hair (as well as dog hair) on the bed sheets, including the "clean" ones in the closet. We ended up making a midnight run to Target the first night to buy new ones. But aside from this, the house was very clean and well kept.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers.

The house is thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, for each guest - with extra special attention after any pet stays in the house. I wish you had contacted me before purchasing any sheets, as fresh sheets would have been delivered, any time day or night!

This is a clean and spacious place to stay. Don't be afraid to book this wonderful home for your vacation to the Gulf. The beach is close, with good access and views of Lagoon is great. We've been here for six weeks and have not been disappointed with accomodations at all. Pam, the owner is great to work with. There are lots of great restaurants within a few shorts minutes drive. We have two shih tzus and they loved to sit out on the balconies.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed being so close to all of the restaurants & the convienences. The beach was a bit of a walk but there was a parking lot across from the access if you wanted to drive. The house overall was very nice. I especially liked being able to do my laundry before leaving so there was nothing to do when we got home. 8 of us stayed and we had plenty of room! The house has been very well maintained. Other than the outside being flooded in the back and around the sides of the house it was a pretty place with nice views of the lagoon (not so much the gulf). The owner was wonderful to work with! She answered all of my questions accurately and ALWAYS responded quickly! I would definately recommend this home for your next visit! Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The pics for this property are exactly as the house was....it was perfect! We had the best time! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home for our family vacation, especially on a holiday! This was the first time everyone got to go and it accommodated us all. The guys got to fish on one side of the house at the lagoon while the women took the kids on the other side to the beach; we had the best of both worlds! Mom even wants to move there she enjoyed it so much.The neighbors were also great! We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to visit again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Beautiful house. Had such an amazing time. Close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room as well. Owners easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
