Searching for true "oceanFRONT" condo? You've just found it! Lot's of owners claim to have oceanFRONT but have partial ocean views. This is a totally unobstructed view. The view you see here....is the real deal!

The condo faces the island of Lana'i. To the right you see the island of Moloka'i. Everything else is pure blue Pacific Ocean.

The sounds of ocean waves will rock you to sleep. No road noise, no worries!

Your condo is located roughly 35 feet from the shoreline! Each evening you see a majestic Maui sunset. During season you can view humpback whales right from your lanai.

Your condo is a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths and is fully equipped. The master bedroom is on the main level. It has a King bed with television and dvd/vcr.

Upstairs you'll have a comfy queen bed with tv/dvd and a full bathroom with walk in shower.

The living room has a plasma tv with dvd/vcr and stereo. We mirrored one entire wall in the living room. Your fabulous view is doubled from some areas of the condo. Because you're located on the 2nd level of a 2 story building you'll have 13 ft. vaulted ceilings in the living area. Very spacious!

"THE TIKI DECK" is an amenity that just can't be described properly. It's fabulous! It's the only one we know of that's built over the edge of the ocean in all West Maui! Each morning and evening you can view giant sea turtles from the deck. It has 3 large gas grills and tables and chairs for your use and comfort. I can't imagine a better place to cook a meal or just sit and enjoy a majestic Maui sunset than on the deck. It's Mother Natures finest kitchen!

We can sleep 6 people very comfortably. King bed, Queen bed and a queen size Aerobed.

Why the Owner Chose Other Lahaina Properties

I searched all over the west side of Maui. This condo has an incredible view and is right on the water. The determining factor other than the condo itself was our tiki deck.
We have the only tiki deck that extends over the ocean, in all of Maui.
When you're on the deck you are as far west as you can be in Maui and you see the sun set between the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. Unreal!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

The tiki deck is a one of a kind. It's huge and holds tables and chairs along with 3 large gas grills. There's something very special about catching a sunset while you are "over" the ocean.
The pool is only 40 ft. from your condo. When you're on your lanai you overlook the pool.

    • The owner, Don, made us feel at home before we even got to the condo! When we arrived, we knew we were in a special place. The view from our lanai was so beautiful that we took DAILY pictures, from every angle and at every time of day--calendar quality!! The condo is well maintained and very accommodating and comfortable. The grounds are meticulously maintained and offer an invitation to explore--from the varied plants and flowers, to the wildlife (birds and sea turtles), to the waves crashing on the rocks. The deck is a highlight, and dinner by the ocean is a must! The condo also offers a good location for checking out different beaches, parks, snorkeling sites, and is only a short drive away to the North road tour (you were right, Don!), Haleakala, and road to Hana. But, you must experience the "Aloha" by stepping out and talking with the locals. We lived a dream, and we send a most appreciative "Mahalo!" to Don and Geraldine for our very special family memory!

    • My husband and I have stayed at Don's condo a couple of times. The first time we feel so in love with the place that we took our friends and family back with us and got married right on the beautiful grass lawn overlooking the ocean. We beauty and calming of this wonderful place brings us back time after time. We like to consider Maui our "home away from home" and we could never imagine staying anywhere else. Fabulous!

    • I have traveled many places with nothing comparing with the beauty and tranquility of this paradise. It is a spiritual place with the ocean waves crashing onto the shoreline, mingled with the sounds of the mourning doves and other tropical birds. To look out from the lanai and witness the sunrises and sunsets..it was very surreal. I loved going to the deck in the mornings and watching the green sea turtles feeding and the sail boats and ship passing, it was truly an ultimate experience for me! The accomodations were wonderful, very comfortable, with absolutely everything you would need. The condo was beautiful and and quite unique with it's wood accented loft. I can't say enough, except that it was the "Dream Vacation" of a lifetime. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Linda Oh, P.S. the deck at night with vastness of the sky with all it stars is unbelievable, beyond words!
