Jutting high above Wingaersheek Beach on a promontory from which it seems that you can see forever: Annisquam Lighthouse, Ipswich Bay, azure waters, pleasure boats, Walk from this four bedroom house, across a verdant lawn edged with Rosa Rugosa down an easy path to a private neighborhood beach where you can swim, kayak or just dip your toes into the salt water pools. Inside, a lovely shaded house awaits you. Large sunken living/dining room with expansive views. Upper living room opens to wraparound deck. Friendly kitchen with breakfast bar. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and sliding doors to lawn. Another full bath and laundry are also on this level. Upstairs there is a full bath and two large bedrooms each with dramatic views. The 3rd floor has either one big bunk room with four single beds or two rooms each with twins (walk through one to get to the next). Perfect for children!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this beach house for a one week family vacation and had a great time. The location is fantastic with both a private beach and public beach just a few feet apart! The deck of this house is great and all rooms had windows overlooking the water. It was clean and both the owner and property manager were fantastic in responding to our questions and needs while we were there. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a beach vacation. It was also a good destination to visit Rockport as it was only minutes away to drive. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cool Cove is a delightful house in a terrific location. My husband and I were joined for several days by our grown children and their significant others and everyone throughly enjoyed the view, the huge deck, and the access to the beach. My husband adores the ocean and we was in heaven. You can tell this is a house which has been lovingly cared for.
