Relax at days end with a beach fire as you watch for lit up freighters in the shipping lanes. If you are a bicyclist, M 119 right off the driveway, is a favorite of many riders.

Crow's Nest restaurant/bar is another couple miles down the road. Twenty minutes to the north is Mackinac Island and its amenities to choose from. Twenty minutes to the south is the Harbor Springs area with Boyne Highlands and other golf courses to choose from. For those who enjoy shopping there is the Petoskey Gaslight district or the boutiques in downtown Harbor Springs.
