This house is comfortable and nicely decorated. The best think about it is its location. If you want to be right in the middle of the Miami Beach scene this is not the place for you. It on one of several small islands on the causeway between Miami and Miami Beach (but the one closest to Miami Beach) and it sits directly on the water so you can sit on the lovely outdoor sofa and watch the boats go by. Yet it takes only about 5 minutes to drive to Lincoln Mall and Ocean Drive. There is a parking space so you can drive anywhere you can't walk.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I purchased this home in 2008 and have created a warm and inviting oasis in beautiful Miami Beach Florida. I grew up and live in Malibu California, however, I enjoy traveling to Miami and enjoying all that Miami Beach can offer.
Why the Owner Chose Other South Beach Properties:
This home is truly unique. Although it is close to all South Beach has to offer, it is quiet, and private... a little bit of old Miami Beach. The home is located next to the Standard Hotel. The Standard is a spa hotel and has all the services of a top quality spa. Membership to the spa is included with the use of the home.

If you are looking for a amazing home on Biscayne bay, where you can enjoy, and relax, this is the place. If I was able to live here full time I would. Truly amazing!
