  This place was a great find! We had never been to this part of Florida before and we couldnt believe how beautiful it was! Our son got married in Greyton Beach and this was perfect for the occasion! The price was excellent and the photos dont do this place justice! Not to mention we were right in between Seaside and Rosemary!! It was so peaceful and cozy we will definately be back next summer!

  My husband and I loved staying at "Blue Heaven"!!! It was very accommodating and decorated so nice. It was very clean and comfortable. It is perfect for one or two couples or a couple with a child (or two).... or even a girl's retreat. It overlooks Eastern Lake, and is a short drive to the beach. The pictures actually do not do it justice, as it is just so much more cute than what they show. We appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was thought of in advance for the renters. Also, the owner, Jan, is so awesome to work with as she is so nice, answered all our questions right away, and was available for us. Thanks so much for sharing "Blue Heaven" with us!

  I have been coming to Seagrove Beach/Seaside/Grayton Beach yearly since 1995. And this property is my favorite so far!! We brought some bikes and rented some just across the lake (short little walk). After riding and playing at the beach, it was so refreshing to go jump into the lake after! Only a 3 mile bike ride into Seaside, and it's so much more convenient than taking the car. The neighbors are lovely and have a sweet dog who loves to fetch and swim! The beach access is just a short bike ride and there are bike racks there. We kayaked and paddle boarded nearly daily. The cottage is well furnished and quaintly decorated. One bathroom really wasni't an issue for us. We cooked in nearly each day we stayed, and the deck was a beautiful and calm place to spend the mornings and evenings with coffee and a good book. Jan and Bill were very informative, with precise emails prior to the stay. I loved this place and hope to visit again this winter!

• Perfection!

  This property is absolutely adorable. I stayed here with my mother, sister, and niece. The furnishings and decorations are gorgeous. The large deck overlooking the lake was perfect for reading and hanging out. We used the grill and cooked at home for all of our dinners. We went to the beach (very nice public access about a mile up 30A), shopped, and drove to Destin for more tourist-y attractions. The shops and restaurants in Seaside are close by and outstanding. The cottage is very clean, beautiful, and the owners are supremely nice and even helped us find a local mechanic to fix our car window. This is perfect for small families and girl's vacations. The one bathroom is a very nice size and we did not have any problems sharing. :) My niece is already talking about our next trip to Blue Heaven. We hope to be regular renters! :) We did not rent a kayak this time, but is definitely on our to do list for next time. Also, renting a bike is a good idea. The main road can get very backed up and you have more freedom riding around town on a bike.

  Blue Heaven is the perfect place for a small family or couples getaway. The lake was very peaceful and relaxing - the spacious deck was great for morning coffee, reading, and relaxing. The cottage was very clean. The decor was fresh, bright and cheerful. We had everything we needed during our stay. Jan and Bill were great to work with. The location was ideal and close to our favorite shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this cottage and we will definitely be back!

  This cottage was everything the pictures promised it would be! Lots of new, clean, and lots of charm! We will definitely go back the next time we're in the area.
