Many have heard of Panama City Beach, some have not. For those unfamiliar, we have the whitest, sugar-like sand in the entire United States. And crystal clear blue/green waters that look just like the Caribbean.
Panama City Beach is almost two towns in one... To the east is the party hotspot, with arcades, goofy golf, go-carts and more. To the west (known as the 'west end'), is a bit quieter and much less hectic. More of a family environment, with less dense beaches and the amenities of the new Pier Park (upscale and outlet shopping) nearby. While the east-end is know for the nightclubs, strip watching and traffic, the west end is known for its natural beauty and sunsets. To emphasize, we are on the WEST END!
The Tiki Villa sleeps four to six comfortably with a queen bed, twin beds and a full sleeper sofa for extra guests. Everything has been recently renovated in the Condo and the colors and furnishings make you feel like you are in the West Indies or the Caribbean. This Condo is fully appointed from the kitchen to the bedrooms from nice sheets, comfy towels and games to play.
We're within a day's drive of most major southern cities. Nearby activities include snorkeling, golf, tennis, shelling at Shell Island, boating, and shopping and restaurants are just a stroll away.
The Tiki Villa includes two TV/VCRs and the living room TV has a DVD player. A CD player and a selection of CDs, puzzles, books, and games are included for you and the kids to enjoy.
We are offering a very nice condo at a very affordable rate. Our standards are reflected by the nice thread count sheets, our full set of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler, beach toys for kids, and an initial supply of paper and soap products. So all you really need is to bring a family, friends, food, drink and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

The condo was exactly as described, clean, well maintained and beautiful. The owners answered any and all questions that we had quickly. This property is located on the family oriented side of Panama City Beach, which makes it more relaxing. The back deck has a great view of the communal pool that our teenagers utilized in the evenings. The property is approximately 1.5 blocks from the beach and the easy access makes your experience stress free from locating parking while at the beach. My family and I enjoyed our walks to Beach Access 65. Property is just minutes from Pier Park. We would definitely recommend this property to others and are considering returning next year. The dolphin tour aboard the Captain Anderson III was peaceful and relaxing as well as our time on Shell Island. For the adventure seeker, the 4 mile parasailing in the Gulf was a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

First time renting with VRBO and it turned out great! This was an awesome unit. It had a deck to the east overlooking the in ground pool and a larger one to the west to watch the sunset. Open areas in the unit and the square footage made me think I was in a much more expensive condo. Great communication with the owner made us really fill at home our family enjoyed the beach area so much more staying here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This is a magnificent condo for an exceptional price! My family and I have stayed here several times and our stay is wonderful each and every time! The condo is always neat when we arrive, the neighborhood is quiet, the view to the pool is wonderful especially if you have younger children that you want to watch while they swim. We will be staying here again! :)Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
