This two story (eighth and ninth floors) penthouse in The OCEANA is ocean front. It has a 24 foot by eight foot balcony overlooking the beach. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and 22 feet of glass looking out on the balcony, with two sofa beds, color TV, VCR, DVD, and Stereo.
There is a kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bedroom with two double beds and a full bath. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, color TV, VCR, bathroom with large shower. There is glass sliding doors opening to a small balcony overlooking the bay. This is a large Condo with a large living room and master bedroom. We work hard to keep it in tip top shape.
