What could be more romantic than this luscious home made for two (but can stretch to more if you can bear to share it)? Nestled on the third floor above the red and rust canopies of the street stalls below, there is light, polished wood floors, a sophisticated muted palate and exquisite furnishings. The perfectly fitted kitchen has everything you need including a sweet painted table for breakfast; the bathroom a classic clawfoot slipper bath with a view; the bedroom a large comfortable bed. The airy open-plan living area offers a sofa each to loll and plan the day ahead.
Area Description
In the 7th arrondissement, just a few blocks away from the Eiffel Tower, stroll along rue Cler and you are transported to the Paris of movies, of Charles Trenet's songs and Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astaire dancing under the stars. In this picturesque cobblestoned street, pretty street stalls jostle with neighbourhood cafés, bakeries and flower shops in a cityscape that hasn't changed in a century. Pick up a filled baguette sandwich and a bottle of wine and head off to nearby Champs de Mars for a picnic under the arching legs of Gustav's great tower; nip out in the morning for freshly-baked croissants and a bunch of flowers.
The classy 7th has a little of the feel of Manhattan's Upper East Side. It is home to the French National Assembly and many of Paris' government departments – and the mandarins who work there. Here on the left bank, you also have the Musée d'Orsay and Musée Rodin and a slew of expansive parks and green spaces. Nothing quite beats going for a jog in the early sunshine round the Champs de Mars before taking breakfast up to your own apartment in the heart of the city.

Location was great. 50m from LaTour-Maubourg (Metro Line #8). 5 - 10 min walk to Les Invalides and Eiffel Tower. 2 -3 supermarkets within 2-3 mins. Dining is close no matter where you are in Paris but we found good restaurants close to the apartment in Rue amelie, Rue Cler, Bd rue la Tour-Maubourg. This apartment was ideal for a quick business trip. Positioned very near the financial district, it suited me perfectly. The fantastic kitchen allowed me to make some quick breakfast and enjoy the Parisian morning in peace. The balcony was a real retreat from the hustle and bustle of Paris, providing a rare moment of silence in my hectic day. A home away from home, i will definitely be returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The views are very good too, and the location allows you to have almost all of central Paris at your footsteps. The staff was very useful throughout our trip, making it hassle free and enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable in all rooms, making every night’s sleep an absolute joy.
