About the owner: I have lived in Laguna Beach in this home for 10 years. I am in the estate planning business and interested in cooking, design, yoga, surfing and skiing. I have two children and no pets. The house is fully equipped for children ranging from toddlers to teens. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds with an additional trundle bed. The master has a queen bed. The guest room has a pull out full size bed; the mattress is an air pump bed from Room and Board is extremely comfortable . . . even for the picky sleeper. There is both a portable crib available, if needed, and plenty of toys. We have a bunch of wet suits, boogie boards, and a long board here that are available for use. House does not look like children live in it . . . toys well hidden :-)
