A 3 minute walk gets you to the ocean/pier/amusement park. A 1 minute walk gets you downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Walk a little further and you will be at the largest park in OOB. Our 4 bedroom sleeps 10 comfortably. Nice large porch with a grill. Comfortable living room with a picture window. Kitchen that has everything. Full size bed in each room. All bedrooms have TV's. A/C throughout the house, washer/dryer, Internet and Cable. It has everything to make you completely comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood yet so close to everything. Very little traffic and very few people. Listen to the waves at night. It just doesn't get much better!!!
