The Historic Brazos Lofts are located in downtown Austin, Texas within the Sixth Street Entertainment District, just one block east of Congress Avenue.

The spacious Loft is on the top / second floor on the corner of Brazos and Fifth Streets. Large windows face both streets with a corner sitting balcony. The Loft has high wood beam ceilings, exposed brick walls, custom Mesquite wood floors, a full kitchen with granite counters and GE Profile appliances. The bath includes a double sink, large tub and shower.

A washer and dryer utility closet is connected to the bathroom. There is a large bedroom alcove with walk-in closet and separate walk-in storage closet. The space is gallery like with natural light and large open spaces. The loft is recently updated with new Class A furnishing and accessories.

Austin's Town Lake is four blocks, the Warehouse district is two blocks, the Texas Capital is a short walk and the Austin Convention Center is around the corner. This location is convenient to many restaurants, live music clubs, dance clubs, pubs, cafes, and coffee shops. Shopping is varied and unique with galleries, boutiques, novelty shops and more.

The Austin chain of lakes are all within a short drive with water sports and hike and bike trails.

This is a great location for visiting business people, conventioneers and vacationers.
