Condo in a high rise solid brick building located in the heart of downtown Atlanta on Peachtree St & Baker. The living room is beautifully furnished with a solid wood Brazilian Cherry floor, leather sofas, console, flat screen 42' TV,paintings, mirrors accessories etc.and has a full length French door leading to the balcony which has a great view. The bedroom has parquet floor, a sleigh bed with a dresser, night stand,mirror, lamps, painting etc. There is an attached walk in closet with ample space for storage. The bathroom has been remodeled with new tiles, mirrors,vanity and has a tub. The kitchen has a double door fridge with an ice maker,dish washer and is fully equipped with all that one needs to cook or entertain.

It's a great place to stay, condo is very clean , fully equipped and perfect in every way. Location is great, World of Coca Cola , Aquarium , CNN , Centennial Park , Americas Mart ,Subway stations are all 2 - 3 blocks away Hyatts Regency , Marriot , Hilton , Westin are across the street . Owner hospitality is great and goes out of his way to assistin every possible way . Recommended for Adventure seekers , Tourist without car , sight seeing , room getawayRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Without exaggeration, and on a short notice , condo is in the heart of downtown I was very much impressed to see the condo to be impeccably clean, vies overlooking the Hyatt's Regency and the main Peachtree street. Marta was only 2 blocks away from the condo and one can also reach the condo from the airport in 20 minutes . 3 blocks away , walking distance is World of Coca Cola , Acquarium , Centennial park , Phillips Arena CNN . Conceirge are kind and knowledge able about all things in Atlanta Owner is very hospitable and available as well. Affordable , flexible , optimally located , if i ever find myself in Atlanta , there is only one place i am staying and recommend too !Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for a weekend, and the apt was very clean and comfortable. Everything was furnished, and even some light refreshments & snacks were provided. It is a perfect location in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to shopping, museums, attractions like the World of Coca-Cola, & transportaion like MARTA, Amtrak, etc. My husband & I would definitely recommend this apt to anyone and would probably stay there again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My stay in this unit was wonderful .condo is spacious , very clean and well maintained. WellUS equipped kitchen helped us save $$$$$ . I found it very convenient as all the major hotels , Aquarium , World of Coca Cola , Philips Arena ,CNN ,are at walking distance ,Marta is two blocks away Owner is very hospitable, co operative and takes good care of his guests, by greeting them personally also , since he lives in the building in every possible way recommend , sight seeing ,romantic getaway esp. for tourist without a car i would recommend it to everyone .24 hour security makes it more comfortableRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I, assist the owner in managing the condo and have been living in the same building for over 10 years. I am familiar with the downtown area and am always willing to assist out of town guests with any questions they have or guidance that they may need.
Why the Owner Chose Atlanta:
This building unlike others is not a glass tower nor a very modern one but is certainly well maintained and managed by a great team of dedicated workers some of whom have been here for decades and take pride in doing an excellent job.
In addition there is a 24 hour concierge in the front lobby with close circuit monitors to ensure security. You need a key fob to enter the building which is provided to you on check in anytime after 2 pm. Key fob along with the keys to the unit must be returned on checking out, time for which is 12 noon.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
In my opinion there is no better location in Downtown Atlanta to live than 'The Peachtree Towers' Whether you are here for work/vacation or to watch a ball game or just showing your children the many tourist attractions this is where you should be as everything is walking distance and you do not even need a car unless you plan to drive to other places.
