  I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment and its owner! Gianluca was so helpful and able to answer all our questions both before and after our arrival in Rome which was a relief as we had quite a few for him, The location is prime, its within walking distance of both Termini station and the Piazza Republica station- which made seeing all the sights so much easier. The actual apartment was perfect not too big but not too small with elevator access. I would definitely stay there again and will refer all friends who are traveling to Rome to stay here!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

  Appartement en très bon état, propre, bien situé à quelques encablures au nord de la gare de Termini. au 3e étage (avec ascenseur), donnant sur cour, il est aussi très calme et les deux clims (chambre et salon), bien que pas très puissantes, ont permis de rafraîchir l'air bien chaud de la ville éternelle au mois d'août, et donc de passer de bonnes nuits. Je recommande pour un séjour à Rome.

  This is a comfortable, clean apartment that is well-described by the listing. However, it is on Via Castelfidargo not Via Veneto. True to the description it is conveniently situated a 15-minute walk from the Rome Termini train station and an equal distance to two Metro stops. Access is via an elevator whose ground floor access is up a short flight of stairs (this small inconvenience might be a problem for disabled individuals). Both the main room and the bedroom are separately air conditioned, a nice feature when it is really hot. The owner and caretaker were very flexible in handling our arrival. The supplied dishes, cookware, cutlery, etc. are useable but not as nicely apportioned as we have seen at other apartments.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
