Our 2-story, 2-Br cottage sits directly on lovely Lake Sebasticook. My husband restored and renovated this property. The downstairs features a screened-in front porch; full kitchen with dining bar; living room with plenty of seating (incl pull-out couch), HDTV and DirectTV (!!), wood stove and the bathroom with shower. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one lakeview, each with queen-size beds.
