Cozy and GREAT location. This was probably the best VRBO I have stayed in. The decor is charming and comfortable with all ammenities one could need. The assigned parking is in a great location and unit is within walking distance to all the great charm and restaraunts in Charleston. Would recommend this unit to anyone. Great Place!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

I booked a four night get a way for me and my wife about two months ago, we were very excited about our mini vacation to Charleston and I felt like this condo was going to be perfect for us, little did we know. It all started when I recieved an email from from the rental manager,who I had no prior dealings with, as payment was made through VRBO, stating that we we needed to print and sign an rental agreement before we could enter the condo. We traded emails back and forth with the rental manager, I made it clear to him that I was traveling by car and that printing an rental agreement and faxing it to him would prove to be difficult. He was very rude and wanted us to go by a local Kinko's or UPS store to print, sign and fax the rental agreement to him. As you can imagine.....I was very frustrated at this point so we decided to go to his office so he could print the paperwork and we could sign it in person. The rental manager's office was at a Pak Mail on Folly Island Pkwy, he has no offical office space. We called the owner of the property to let him know our displeasure but he never called us back. The location of the unit we great but there were a few disappointments.....I clearly asked the owner if a "free" parking spot was included with the unit and he stated that it was included. Upon arrival, there was no such thing. We ended up paying to park all weekend which included $42 in fines...total cost of parking was probably well over $100, eventhough parking was suppose to be included in the rental fee. The unit itself was nicely furnish but the double bed was not very comfortable. There was not bathsoap for the shower (which I had to purchase) and the icemaker did not work. Bottom line is that I though I was going to save a little money and be in great location but in my opinion I wish I would have stayed in a hotel.Owner response: To Whom It May Concern, we require a signed agreement before we can allow access to the condo. The parking pass was in the condo at the time of check-in and the guest even took the parking pass home and had to FedEx it back to us so we are unsure why parking was an issue.
