Location! If you love the beach, this 1,368 sq.ft. 2Bedroom, 2Bath Key West Style condo unit is for you. The third floor location provides a perfect view onto the 1,300 feet of sugar white sand of Long Beach Resort. The “best floor plan on the beach” has four ceiling to floor windows in both the large ocean front master bedroom and the large oceanfront guest bedroom. The main living, dining, and kitchen area also has ceiling to floor windows all the way across the 22 feet of wide open living space! You will feel like you are right on the beach! Both bedrooms and the living area open onto the huge 270 sq.ft. balcony overlooking the beach. The balcony is large enough to hold a full table set and two lounge chairs. You will be able to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the balcony if you like. (Be sure not to miss the fabulous Panama City Beach sunsets from the comfort of the balcony.) The decor is true Key West beach style in this beach lovers paradise.
Location! This tower 3 beach lovers paradise is centered between the large 6,800 square foot lagoon pool and one of the smaller and more private heated Polynesian pools. This ideal location is close enough for quick access to the pools but far enough to avoid the noise. Long Beach Resort has beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, one 6,800 square foot lagoon pool with palm tree islands and waterfalls, two heated Polynesian pools, three Jacuzzis, a pool-side bar and grill, umbrella and chair rental, para-sailing, and jet skis. Don’t like waiting for elevators? The third floor is easy walk up using the wide open stairways at Long Beach Resort. Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located directly in front of the condo, with a covered portico and ample luggage carts for easy loading and unloading.
Location! Long Beach Resort is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach. It is near many places of interest including Signal Hill Golf Course, Pineapple Willy’s, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park and Human Maze, Race City Go Carts, Pirates Island Adventure Golf, Panama Dunes Dune Buggy Adventure Park, Hombre Golf Club, Sunshine Water Sports of P.C, Coyote Ugly Saloon, Wal-Mart and many more places to shop, play, and eat!
This beach lovers paradise sleeps six to eight comfortably. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living area. There are two full baths with showers and double vanity sinks. Sheets and towels are provided. There is a large walk-in closet in each bedroom. The large kitchen that is well-equipped for most cooking needs. There are three new 2012 Samsung 32 inch LCD flat screen TVs in the unit. There is also free WiFi provided if you would like to bring your laptop along.

Fantastic! We have visited PCB for many years and stayed at Long Beach Resort in another unit. This year we were unable to commit early and found this unit, Tower3, 303 at the last minute through 20/20 real estate. We are sooo glad that we did. Our family of 6 were very comfortably accomodated the week we spent in June 2012. The weather could not have been more perfect. We love the location and convenience and location of Long Beach Resort and really enjoyed being in tower 3 due in relation to the pool and center beach access. Unit 3-303 has great views and is up high enough such that you do not hear noise from the main pool area. The furniture was very well kept and comfortable. We would rate this unit as Excellent except there are only a couple of minor 'dings'. Cons: Would like to have just slightly upgraded and stock of cooking ware (Pots, spatula's, baking sheets) We will bring our own pillows next time due to crunchy, hard, cheap pillows. Other than these minor details, more than pleased with unit. We will rent again next year, same time if available.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great and condo was clean. We needed to receive something via UPS while on vacation and the folks at the rental company were very accommodating.
