This is the beach vacation home that you are looking for! This well-furnished, comfortable home has everything you need for a great vacation: easy and quick access to the beach, fabulous ocean views from the large living room and from the rooftop viewing deck, a private back yard area for barbequing, an open kitchen/breakfast nook/den area that makes it easy for the family to hang out together, a large dining room to enjoy your meals and comfortable furniture and beds throughout the home. The living room has a beautiful fireplace, a big-screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating and BIG windows that frame the amazing view of the ocean. You and your group will definitely be spending lots of time in this room! Adjacent to the living room is the den with another fireplace and a big screen TV but there is a door that can be closed between the two rooms if you want. The den opens up to the breakfast nook and kitchen so, as the chef is cooking, he or she can still join in on the conversation.
If you prefer to dine alfresco, you can do so in the backyard. You will be delighted to know that there is a high-end Weber gas grill (propane provided) and a picnic table in the back yard area which is protected from the ocean winds. There is also a picnic table where the kids can chow down and hang out outside!
The bedrooms are at the other end of the house away from the living area so when you are ready to head to bed, you will have a nice quiet space. There is a master bedroom in the back of the home which provides a lot of privacy if you want to escape and go read a good book or watch some TV. This bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has two twin beds. The den has a comfortable queen futon if your group is larger and you need the extra bed. The hall bath has both a shower and bathtub.
The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

The house was clean, pleasantly decorated, with ample space for a family with kids. The views from the den and roof-deck were spectacular. I was able to fully relax without feeling the usual pressures of being on vacation. The information provided was relevant and useful. I will definitely visit this property again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

There were 5 adults and 2 children staying at this address for 9 days and we not only fit comfortably, but were pleasantly surprised with how well appointed the house was and that the owners had so considerately filled all our needs and wants. We were impressed that the house was so clean that it sparkled and it is maintained very well. The beach is an easy walking distance even for the kids. The beds were better than at home, very comfortable mattresses in all the bedrooms. The house is conveniently located, so that we could visit all the places we had planned and then some. Would especially recommend visiting Montana Del Oro State Park and the Farmers Market in SLO. A fish and chips meal at Giovanni's at the embarcadero is a must. We most definitely would consider renting this house again and highly recommend it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have just taken over the management of this home and we are very excited about offering it to renters. The home has a wonderful location with great views from the home and the rooftop deck. The owners are in the process of making upgrades to the home and painting the interior. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the furniture throughout the house is comfortable and in very good condition.
