  Just came back from a wonderful 3 night get-away weekend with my girlfriends. Being busy moms, we were looking forward to relaxing in a lux, peaceful environment and this beautiful home did not disappoint! From the high quality furnishings/towels/linens, to the fully-stocked kitchen, the owners have thought of every detail. The home is in pristine condition and the layout was perfect (4 bathrooms!). The weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time outside, chatting and playing games around the private fire pit and lovely sitting area. The BBQ was a bonus and creating our delicious meals was a pleasure in the huge kitchen. I would recommend this rental home and all the ladies are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you for helping to make our trip so memorable!

  We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights for a golfing weekend. The house was perfect for our family especially loved having our own private hole out the back door. We also enjoyed making smores over the fire pit. Definitely will go back in the future!

  The house was absolutely beautiful and completely clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplaces and the fire pit so much... and wished we had more time to stay there in the peaceful, quiet, gorgeous environment. The beds were luxurious and so were the bathrooms! We felt very spoiled. We can't wait to go back! We wish it were our home! We hope to one day use this builder and get a home of our home there. Very impressed.

  fabulous home on the #3 holel of Prospector. house slept 8 comfortably. great layout. perfect for winter or summer get aways.

  Our family and one other family had a wonderful time at the house. It was perfect for families, with a kitchen with every thing you could need, a gorgeous great room, and wonderfully placed right on the golf course,which provided perfect sledding for the kids. The hot tub was lovely for late night relaxing. The owners took every care, it was super clean, the beds were great, and even a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. Booking was easy, and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. All in all a perfect weekend away. We will be back!

  Words don't describe the thought and detail that have gone into this property. From the layout of the house to the details the owners put into labeling everything and furnishing it with all the things you would need for a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the time we spent on the patio watching the golfers while having our coffee and watching the stars at night while in the hot tub. Our kids loved the proximity to the park and the freedom they had to bike on the bike path that is located at the end of the cul de sac. This location is wonderful for its view of the golf course, deer that like to feed on the vegetation around the fire pit, and the privacy. The owners are excellent to work with and are very prompt in returning phone calls and answering any questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Suncadia.

  I have two kids and wanted to get away with my family. The house was perfect for us and it even inspired us to look at building a place up at Suncadia. The layout of the home was great - Kitchen and Great room were super and the furnishings were very comfortable especially the beds. Bedrooms all have their own bathroom and the master's bathroom is huge. Huge new fIat screen and every channel you could want with DirectTV. Love that the home is in a cul-de-sac which was safe for the kids and off the main road. I think the best thing about the house is the orientation - it gets great sun throughout the day and when you really want it - afternoon/evening. I'm also a golfer and love the view of the par three. The BBQ and Hottub were awesome and keyless entry made it very easy to open and close the place without worrying about picking up keys and dropping them off. Finally, we used the gas fire pit and had smores with the kids at night - a perfect way to end the day. I highly recommend the rental, it felt like home and we plan to use it multiple times per year. The Renter was easy to work with and he followed up to welcome us and get feedback to how to make the experience better. Can't ask for much more. Enjoy it!

  We've been renting houses at Suncadia for summer family vacations for the past several years. The owners of this house were great to work with and very accomodating regarding our stay. We had a group of seven and fit grea in to the house with three separate bedrooms and the Den is a separate room with a large pull out couch that worked great. Super location on the third hole and real sense of privacy. Hot tub, barbecue and lots of great family memories. We'll be back next year...

  A couple of friends and I take an annual trip up to Suncadia for some golf and relaxation every year. This was the first year we rented a house and it worked out great. The house was in great shape, everything worked as expected and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine from the owners. The beds were comfy, with a fan in each room to stay cool, everything was nice and clean and being right on the golf course (Prospector) made it a great location for us. I would definitely recommend this spot and plan on using it again sometime soon.
