  We arrived at the property very late in the evening but we had our printed out check-in instructions that were SO easy to follow we were in the house within minutes it was such an easy process. We found that the property owners had left a welcome bottle of wine and some very helpful lamented information for easy instructions and directions. The kitchen was fully stocked all the things you could possibly need were right there in the drawers or cabinets down to coffee filters and batteries ... We ENJOYED our stay so much and are so looking forward to returning next year. I wish there was more stars to give this property it is truly well maintained and beautifully landscaped and much loved. Thank you again for a wonderful stay in St. Petersburg !!!!

  I was very nervous about renting out someone's house. When we got there the neighborhood was nice and quite the neighbors were pleasent and the house was beautiful. I will definitely ten rent this house again. Thanks for providing my family a home away from home.

  My son even said it felt like we had moved into our new home. It was very well decorated with a very comfortable, relaxing feel to it with all the best of everything.

  I've found my perfect Florida vacation home! I've already booked next February and plan to come back every winter. This home is attractive, comfortable, and convenient. Anything you might need but wouldn't expect to find in a rental is there, e.g., scissors, tape, iron, etc. The kitchen is equipped with about anything you might need if you want to cook. I especially appreciated the fenced yard and the fact that my "best friend" was also welcome there. St Pete is a beautiful and interesting city! The Chihuly collection was beatiful and the Dali museum was interesting. If you like kitchy, you must go to the Chattaway restaurant. The Bella Brava downtown is fun and delicious. Fish Tales has a wonderful dockside, Tiki hut atmosphere. Check out the tram tour at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. It's about two miles from "home". Book this home with confidence--there's nothing not to like here!

  Hi John, We enjoyed staying in your house and felt right at home. The house is in a convenient location which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is very clean and comfortable and Stephen was very helpful and polite. We have not made plans for next year. We will certainly consider your house if we decide to return to Florida.   We were overwhelmed at the beaufty and peacefulness of this vacation property. It was everything we imagined and more. Everything was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone and actually have already recommended it to business colleagues travelling in the area in the near future. The owners are helpful and attentive to any questions we had. We loved being able to travel and bring our dog with us. The Tradewinds Resort on St. Pete Beach was a fabulous place for a special meal. We will return to this vacation property in the future.

  My husband and I had a perfectly wonderful time while we were in St. Petersburg. The rental that we had was beautiful, was very well maintained. When we walked into the house it felt like we were at home. Also it was wonderful that we could include our two little dogs in our vacation. The fenced in backyard was a plus. The locality is great as it is close to the waterfront and of course several shopping centers and many restaurants. We hope that we will be able to rent this home once again for our vacation.

  We had a simply wonderful vacation and loved staying in this home. It has everything you could possibly need and is furnished so well. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Everything thing about this property was perfect and we would definitely return over and over again. The location is great, close to great shopping and the beach!

  Nicely furnished, very clean house. This house had everything we needed. We have utilized VRBO for many vacation rentals, this place had the most comfy beds and linens ever! We especially enjoyed being a short drive to the dog beach at Fort DeSoto Park, we also spent our time either at St. Pete Beach or walking around St. John's pass. We would recommend this house for either short or long term rental. John is a pleasure to do business with!

  Beautiful home tucked away in quiet neighborhood. Our family had a great time and so did our pets! We prefer to eat in and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook with. Very close to Publix, the beach and down town St. Pete. We will come back!

  We had a great time at the home. Good location to the beach and grocery. A little bit of a drive to get to downtown. House was clean and nicely renovated. Great to find a place that was pet friendly. Neighbors seemed nice when we took our dog for a walk. Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard.

  What a great experience. The owner was so friendly and helpful when making the reservations and with making sure we had everything. Our adult son from TX joined us and we took our small dog too. Everything was as pictured. Very clean and nicely decorated.. Loved having coffee in the bright sun room. Although our first 2 days were during a storm, we had no problems and the owner called to make sure everything was okay. Great to have a garage too. Has everything you could want. Kitchen was very complete. Very close to downtown, John's pass and the bay. Went to Sarasota to the Ringling Bros. complex--very enjoyable for all ages, Grocery and eating places very close by. Will recommend to friends.

  What a great experience our family getaway was at this location! We met our three adult children and found this rental to be just perfect. Our son is a chef and he found the kitchen to be well equipped. The back yard is inviting with a nice grill. Everything was nice and spotless, just as portrayed in the photos. Right around the corner from Publix and quick access to 275, this is a great location. We visited the beaches, the waterfront, city parks, the museums and did some shopping, all within close proximity. The televisions are all over the house and there are niches for everyone if you want to spread out. It's far roomier than it appears in the photos. We look forward to a return visit and we highly recommend this rental. Another plus is the owners were readily available for any questions and it is obvious they love and care for their home.

  Just stayed at the property and it was fantastic! The owner was a pleasure to deal with directly and makes sure all your questions are answered promptly and just a phone call away. Brought my small dog and it was so nice to have a pet friendly rental. Large fenced back yard. The house had just been remodeled and everything was new. Nice to stay in a place that the pictures you see on the internet are exactly what you get. The Marble Master Bath Shower was like a 5 star Hotel. It rained the weekend of our stay and the 2 car garage with remote opener was a wonderful feature. Neighborhood was peaceful and the lawns were all maintained. Minutes to I 275 and the beaches, shipping, Dining Etc. I normally don't write reviews on places I stay but this property was so nice you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to our next stay.

  John & Toby Thank you so much for opening your house up to use for our vacation. The house is perfect, and our pups enjoyed spending relaxing time away with us. The first impression was "this house must have been on one of those professional makeovers", but even those shows can't make a house look as beautiful as John and Toby have. We enjoyed night walks with the cool breezes. Thanks again John and Toby - can't wait to get back!
