The landscaping and pool are maintained to the highest standards, which are tended weekly. For your safety there are smoke detectors throughout the home.

Situated adjacent from the kitchen with a large window overlooking the pool and golf course, with iron and glass breakfast table and chairs.

The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with en-suite bathroom and extra large walk-in closet. The room has a mirror dresser, two night stands, and lamps.

Third Bedroom has two Twin beds, nightstand, lamp, and closet.

SECOND BATHROOM:
Comprise of sink, wall mirror with wall decor lighting and walk-in shower. Can be used as pool bath with own door access to sundeck area and pool.
THIRD BATHROOM:
Comprise of sink, wall mirror with wall decor lighting and tub/shower - ideally situated in between the third and fourth bedrooms.
POOL AREA:
The pool area is situated overlooking the wonderful lake and greens and fairways of the pristine golf course. The pool has large steps leading down with a bench seat and a décor water fall and corner planter, fully screened. The covered lanai area has wall lights, overhead fan with lights, patio table, and chairs. The sundeck area has sun loungers also fully screened.
Pool can be heated at additional cost.
