The Strand is of one of the nicest communities in North Naples and gated for your safety and protection. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The HOA completed having new beautiful brick sidewalks and driveways installed in 2012. Approximately 25 minutes from Ft. Meyers Airport, the location of The Strand is within minutes to shopping, restaurants and
I-75.
Our condo is on the ground floor with no steps. It is decorated to be a very relaxing get-away. It sits at Hole #4 of The Strand Golf Course. You can enjoy the lovely view from the living room, lanai, and master bedroom. The living room includes a large screen TV, queen-size sleeper sofa and little breakfast nook. The master suite includes a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and includes a TV. There is a second full bathroom and utility room, with washer and dryer, off of the hallway. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a separate dining room with a flat screen TV.
Includes a nice detached garage for your car and a community pool less than a block from the condo. With a social membership transfer, you would also enjoy another large pool, fine dining, or more casual dining in the grill, at the beautiful clubhouse.

My wife and I stayed at the unit through the month of March. It was great in every way. What strikes you most when you first walk in is how spacious it is - unusual for condos of this kind (and we have seen lots in our time). And then there's the view from the lanai which is over-the-top - very beautiful, peaceful and calming. It's a well-equipped condo. The kitchen was complete with everything on hand - an important feature as we ate most of our meals in the condo. The local pool, which is just a 2 minute walk up the path is an horizon pool overlooking a waterfall. Walmart is just across the street from the Strand and we found that the beaches and downtown Naples were close by (20 minutes to Wiggins and 25 minutes to the sunset bar at the Naples Beach resort). We only met the owners via email but they were wonderful and made sure that everything was in order before we came in.
